This is my second time at this location. The first time the burger was cold. This time my burger came up way too fast, so I asked if it was fresh. It's not!!! It's cold. Maybe was put in a microwave but not fresh. Fresh food is hot. It tasted gross. Gotta love it when staff lie to your face! Won't be coming back to this location.

How does a customer order hot food here?? I'm asking because I arrived at the start of lunch time, and yet, I received cold chicken.
This place sucks.
I told him their bathroom was out of soap and out of paper towel. They did nothing and went back to work in the kitchen.

The Baconator patties are tasteless and reheated even though I waited for 15 minutes in an empty restaurant. The pop machine ice maker: broken in one machine and releasing a few ice cubes in the other. Almost all flavours are out of order. Last time visiting this restaurant.

Most of the popular drinks is not available in both soft drink machine in the dining area. The table looks clean but it’s a bit sticky actually 🤪

Are you a poor student or just broke? (in this economy - most of us are a bad day away from being broke) It's a chain breakfast/ coffee place with a really good value $4 for two sandwich deal. You can't find better value. Bring your own hot sauce cuz their looks and taste like runny nose mixed with cayenne pepper.
