The people that worked seem to forget that this is not their country. This is Canada. You gotta be kind to people in Canada. Kindness is one of the main thing you I don't care. It's not my problem. Shouldn't be when you're getting paid to do a job. It should be your problem. You shouldn't be so rude. You're working a fast food restaurant? When people aren't being rude to you, you shouldn't be rude to them. You should only mirror your action even at that you are in customer service. Customer service rate. You weren't rude to me, but the way you treated that lady. That was there was very, very rude. And the meaning do better Canada.

Came to get breakfast at 715, doors were locked. It say location opens at 630. No sign anywhere to indicate when dining room open.

Understaffed , slow staff, long wait at the order line, mediocre food, ripped fabric on the seats, flavorless coffee. These are observation after multiple visits, this will be the last.

I love Wendy's but this location is really bad, I stopped going here completely for a while last year because their burgers were consistently cold and stale tasting, even during the day when everything should be served hot and fresh. I decided to try again after taking nearly a 6 month break and sure enough, two burgers ordered close to 4pm on a Wednesday taste cold and stale. Wendys is supposed to be fresh and yet these burgers tasted like they've been sitting out on a counter for the last 24 hours. Only thing fresh tasting are the condiments but the burger itself is trash. If you're the owner of this location you have a lot of work to do on your quality control.

Sraff is friendly. Food was good. Both self service ordering machine were out of order. Although the restaurant appears clean it is starting to show its age. The fabric on the seats on multiple booths is damaged and the temporary patches applied to them seem to be coming off.

Had a frosty, 🥶 was good. Service was good, friendly. They had some ... interesting customers with very odd requests.... complaint about wrong burger with wrong toppings requesting an exchange from the night before drive thru....the washroom smelled disgusting and was tidy but not clean.

This location has unfriendly and rude Managers because they don’t know how to behave with their co-workers.when I was there to pick up my order,I saw the manager had unprofessional behaviour with one of their workers who hired recently.
They can’t have proper teamwork because they are impolite people. I was wonder who’s the owner of this location who hire someone as a manager doesn’t know who to talk. She can’t manage the teamwork groups.

Don’t go into the restaurant. Nobody there is serving you. All they do is taking care of the drive through customers. Also, you will lose your appetite once you see how dirty the restaurant is.
