This was my first ever experience being in canada from the past 4 years and have never had this issue. Me and my other 3 family members went to dine in the restaurant.. we just ordered for 1 large salad, poutine and a few drinks. And there was this blond lady i guess she was the manager of the restaurant.. she said that you guys can't share food and dine in the restaurant so we had to take out. She said that was their weekend policy. I have been to so many restaurants and never had this issue. This is really bad.. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone.

Visited Wimpy’s Diner with friends, and we had a great experience! We all enjoyed unlimited coffee, which was a nice touch. I had the Nashville chicken sandwich with fries upgraded to poutine, which was delicious and well-prepared ($26). We also ordered pancakes and pasta, costs around $31 for that portion. The food was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.
The service was exceptional! However, the prices were on the higher side, especially for a casual diner. Still, if you're looking for great food and excellent service, Wimpy’s Diner is worth a visit!

I use to attend this location weekly 10+ years ago. I recently returned and stunned how poor quality the food was. I got a regular breakfast, eggs, potatoes, and bacon. My plate had the eggs sitting in a puddle of water which made the potatoes soggy. A little perplexed why there's water on my plate. The cook must be inexperienced. I'm not the type to make a big deal out of a $15 breakfast. Unlikely to return to this restaurant location again. Waitress was friendly though.
I stopped by this place today and i could tell that my server could not care any less about me or the place she works at my table was packed with junk and i had to stack up the plates just give myself some room . I did not manage to get her name but it was an older lady with a hat . Its simple if she doest like working there she can simply leave .
