Wood fire grilled burgers, you can smell the fire and the food cooking from outside and it's amazing, My favorite now is the egg and bacon burger, and the mushroom fries. Staff is friendly and you can see them make it right before your eyes!
I've visited Woody Wood Burger twice now, ordering a burger a first time and the Woody steak sandwich the second time. Both the burger and the sandwich were excellent.From what I recall, the burger had a wonderful smokey flavour imparted by the wood and the steak sandwich was large (large enough that I was glad I skipped breakfast that day) and the jalapeños were a great complement to the sandwich.It'll be a tough decision choosing between a burger and a sandwich for my next visit but I look forward to it.

We were there on a Saturday evening and it was quite busy, which is a great indication. However, unfortunately we were disappointed. We ordered the simple burger and it was overcooked and tasted like cardboard. I'm sure had they not been so busy with online orders and people with eating inside, then maybe the burgers might not have been overcooked. The prime burger was better according to our friend but they are thicker and have less of a chance of burning. Not sure we would try it again. The curly fries were great. We might give it another chance and ask that the burgers be under cooked. The meal cost us $37 for two burgers, one order of fries and one drink. For that price you want to have a fabulous burger; not a burnt one. Yes, we could have sent it back but we didn't want to do that.

Great fireside burger where they burn wood logs to cook the patties. The gourmet burgers are very juicy and huge portions.Only 4-5 tables for seating but it’s in and out type of dining atmosphere. Located in a old plaza in Richmond Hill
