It was my second time. Service was super slow. The place was not even busy. Meat came to our table 10-15 minutes after other ingredients. Customers get charged for using sauce station per person, which is ridiculous.

Summary: Too expensive, too expensive, too expensive, don’t come!

The food is very expensive, the portions are very small, and the ingredients are not particularly fresh.

I ordered a plate of County Liver and an "empty plate" was served. It cost 6-7 yuan in 1/4 size. You are stingy. You haven't learned how to arrange the plate. I have never seen anyone doing business like this.
But if it tastes ok, it’s just ok.

Won't come again

The experience this time was not as good as before. Prices seemed to have gone up and portions were smaller. Service was poor - our order took over 20 minutes to arrive. After waiting for 10 minutes I asked a waiter and he said he would go to the kitchen to check but not later. Didn't come back when I asked another waiter the food finally came within 2-3 minutes it felt like they were just stalling one of us had already finished and the other was still waiting for their meal even though we were just apart Order placed in less than 3-4 minutes

There were less than five tables and no other customers came after us. Then 30 minutes later another table comes in and the food is served immediately - what's going on? They also mentioned that side dishes and condiments are extra charges and we didn't eat them at all. There were 3-4 waiters around to collect our dirty dishes. They should know that we didn't eat the condiments.

Thanks to us checking the bill, they charged us $8 for nothing to eat! If you go be sure to check the bill carefully!

It wasn't as good as before. Their prices seem to have gone up, and the portion sizes are smaller. The service was terrible—our order took over 20 minutes to arrive. After waiting 10 minutes, I asked a guy about it, and he said he would check with the kitchen but never came back. When I asked another server, our food finally came within 2-3 minutes, which made it feel like they were just holding it back. One of us had already finished the meal while the other was still waiting for their order, even though we ordered less than 3-4 minutes apart.

Keep in mind there were fewer than five tables, and no one arrived after us during that time. Then, 30 minutes later, another table came in and got their food right away—what's going on? They also mentioned that sides and dips cost extra , which we didn't even want. There were 3-4 servers around who picked up our dirty plates, so they must have known we didn't get any side/dips.

Thank goodness we checked the bill, as they charged us $8 for something we never got! Be sure to review your bill if you go.

I came to this hot pot restaurant with my friends today with high expectations, but the whole dining experience was disappointing. First of all, the quality of the ingredients cannot be complimented - the vegetables are obviously not fresh enough, the edges are a bit wilted, and the color of some meats is also wrong. It does not look like they were purchased on the same day, which makes people worried about the hygienic situation.

Secondly, the taste of the soup base can be said to be very bland and featureless. Neither the clear soup nor the spicy pot has the rich aroma that hot pot should have. It completely failed to stimulate appetite. Halfway through the meal, I lost interest in continuing to eat.

In addition, there are many problems with the service. The waiter had a cold attitude and no one responded when we called many times. The tableware and condiments were not replenished in a timely manner and we needed frequent reminders. From the entire dining experience, not only did the taste not meet expectations, the service also made people feel neglected, and there was no sense of customer first.

Overall, this hot pot restaurant has big problems in terms of the freshness of the ingredients, the taste of the soup base, and the service experience, and it is difficult to call it cost-effective. I hope the store can pay attention to customer feedback, improve all aspects of the problem, and improve the quality of dining.

Haven't had hot pot out of home for a very long time.
Love how it's not all you can eat. So. Tried it.

Fresh ingredients. Good service. Definetly a good meal and I think the bill comes out lower than all you can eat.

Likely looking to return again soon.
Recommended for both large and small group.

The food is generally tasty, but they are short in staff sometimes, resulting in poor service especially when it’s busy hours. The waiter was honest though, told me they are busy and cannot provide service…
Be sure to inspect the bill throughly by calling each item, I found out of stock items on my bill that they said they will cancel them for me, but still charge me for them. I wish it’s a mistake, but either way this is unacceptable to me.
Will not eat there again.

We were disappointed with the hygiene at this restaurant. There were several flies on the sauce bar, and we even found a dead fly in dessert pot. When we asked the server for a replacement, they informed us that there was no more dessert available. Given the quality of the food, especially considering the price, we expected better. On a positive note, the soup base was quite tasty."

I enjoyed the soup base when the restaurant first opened, but when I returned years later, it had changed. The richness of the soup base was lacking.

For me, a Sichuanese. This hot pot tastes very good, the service is good, the environment is good, and the price is affordable, five stars.
