Food is quite good. We had dim sum. Service is subpar for some reasons, staff not happy?

Wow! Unbelievably bad, Unbelievably expensive. Food was probably some of the worst chinese food I've had yet as expensive as any other place. Literally eat anywhere but here.

I went for Yum Cha. The food is fresh and tasty. Service is good and attentive. Plus less 20% is given for cash payment. Highly recommended.

Service is very bad. Asked twice and no tea. Rice asked twice too, forced tip into your bill. The roast duck looks like garbage. No wonder few people even on Saturday evening with empty tables.

Food was fine. They have live music on Tuesday and Friday nights. Environment is simple and not luxurious

Pretty good dimsum, plump, plentiful, quality ingredients, prepared well, and tasty. The back rooms were quiet and I liked it over the main dining area because my family and I could actually chat without needing to raise our voices. But fair warning, the back rooms are also quite chilly, the heat / hvac is a bit inadequate back there. Also, service is slow back there, the staff don’t visit often, and when they do they won’t check in on how you’re doing, so make sure you order everything you need up front. You may need to get your own utensils if you’re missing any. The tea was served weak. When asked for more leaves they gave too much, almost as if in insult. It’s interesting to see a private karaoke setup in the back room. It’s likely rentable for private parties.

Went Christmas Eve, terrible service. Maybe not enough waiters but there was basically no service. Lady behind the counter just stayed there all night and didn’t do anything. Wouldn’t waste my time going.

They also included the tip in the bill which is highly inappropriate when the service was absolutely terrible.

Food was mediocre. They charged $6 to add more 0.50 cents of cucumbers/onions for the Peking duck

Service was terrible they never talked to us at all. Food was good though. Lots of clattering of plates, couldn’t enjoy our meal.
