We have not come to this restaurant for years. Last night, we passed by and give a try again. We ordered 4 dishes. Overall the style has kept as the Huaiyang cuisine. It is authentic. We like the Four happiness bean curd which has strong sauce taste. The wonton soup is also tasty. As we join the membership program and spent certain amount of money, they offer a free decent dish to come next week. Nice!

It seems like everyone named Yan can cook, supported by the fact that this spot is at full capacity during off-peak hours. I wouldn't mind if they didn't serve you any water, because the amount of juice and soup inside both the pan-fried buns and soup dumplings is ridiculously hydrating. Stuffed with pork, your top teeth are met with a soft, fluffy bun while your bottom teeth crack through the delicately crisp...

Came here for some Shanghai food and had a good time! The inside is pretty small and the decor inside and outside are quite unique. Food is tasty as well, though expensive if you don't sign up for a VIP type card. But if you do and you spend a certain amount, they give you a free dish if you come back in the next week. Note you're supposed to order by writing on the menus directly and that everything is in Chinese.
