First time back to this Ramen restaurant (today Dec 22, 2024) after a few years haven't been there and their Ramen is still one of my favorites north of Toronto. We were there for lunch and they have the special deal for $11/$12 (can't remember exactly) and the regular bow is around $15 which is really a good value for a large bow comparing to other Ramen restaurants. Overall the ramen is very good and served with several topping such as corn, bamboo, egg, and the meat choice. You can't beat the good food, big portion, and all at a great price especially now with no tax.

We have been coming here for many years and love the ramen! Today will be our very last time that we will be coming to this place. We asked the waitress for the chef to put half noodles in the soup. She could have said sure no problem but instead she kept arguing with us about this request for our food. This happens every time I come with my mom for lunch it’s the same behaviour. Because of this we did not enjoy our lunch and will never be coming back to this spot. There are ramen places on every corner nowadays you can find good ramen and better service somewhere else.

I've been going to this restaurant for a while now and the service and food is always amazing. Whether the ramen or the dishes with rice they're all good. The side dishes are worth it and the staff are also really nice

I like cold Soba noodles more than Reman. But it's good to try.

I have shared this shop on Xiaohongshu. Their barbecued pork and hot spring eggs are very good. My favorite is the black garlic oil ramen! When I turned to this photo from 2019 in my album, I wanted to go back and eat it again.
Every time I go there, I add lots and lots of eggs, I love it! After 2020, I will pack a lot of eggs every time I go back. How can I make them so delicious?

Hot day today (33c) with Air conditioning OFF in the restaurant, not even a electric fan in there, it was horrible to eat in there, I don't even remember what I ate as I was soaking wet. I asked the server to turn on the AC, but they only just keep the door open instead. I rarely leave one star review but that was unacceptable.

I rarely leave

Great lunch spot with amazing tasting ramen, even for vegetarians!

Vegetarian options: Veggie base is great

Kid-friendliness: Some fried apps plus ramen is a loved item for many kids.

Incredibly grumpy staff and does not want to serve or acknowledge patrons. Does not serve authentic ramen. Their portion sizes are very small and their "special" of the day means it's half the size of a normal portion. Would not recommend and would not go back.
