Harvest Tables Restaurant Ridgetown

My first rant this morning me and girlfriend went for breakfast at the harvest table and we're not pleased I ordered the hungry man while she had a mushroom omelette mine, both meals were cold, with literally a handful of home fries and the ham was like processed lunch meat. Very disappointed

Fantastic people i suspect the Vietnamese side of the menu is better than the Chinese but it's a nice small town restaurant and better than the yeck alternatives in town which have very limited and mostly deep fried menus.

Didn't like fries peeling on OK but mostly peel and rotten potatoes the cook had a hard time understanding what we wanted or what was in the dish she prepared and the pics of food on wall didn't look edible I won't be back

What happened with the food quality. I was there a year ago and it was ok now it's barley edible. Pad Thai should be called Vegetable oil noodle. And the rice was hard. Coffee was warm. Chicken balls were soggy and tasted horrible. Spring rolls are the size of an index finger.

Asian food which does not taste like Asian food, actualy barely taste like food... It was pure grease with fries onions taste, the rest is mush

We ordered Chinese food for supper. If you're looking for regular, traditional Chinese food, don't order from this restaurant! They make sweet and sour chicken balls without batter and mix sweet peppers with them then puts the sauce on them in the sane container...doesn't taste at all like regular Chinese food we have ever had. Chow mein is made with skinny spaghettini like noodles and vegetables instead of bean sprouts. Chicken fried rice is made with dried out vegetables. Very sorry to say, $70 spent on it. So disappointing

Friendly folks but the Chinese food was atrocious. Lukewarm and zero flavour. The egg rolls were mini egg rolls that look like they can out of a frozen app pack from a grocery store. For the money I’d expect better.

Went in for lunch when it first opened. When we walked in you could immediately smell that damp, you know there’s likely mold everywhere smell. In hindsight we should have walked right out but we decided to give them a chance. We ordered Chinese food because we assumed this is what they’d be good at. The spring rolls were definitely fried from frozen (the boxed kind you buy at a grocery store) they had no taste and were barely warm on the inside. We then had a fried rice plate, tasted like stale rice from days before, no flavour, no seasoning and a couple pieces of rubbery chicken. The service was ok, decor very dated. I will definitely not be back and I have to wonder who actually thinks this is good food. If they are breaking food violations they also need to be reported before they make someone ill.

Don't eat here, Ridgetown needs to do better there is nowhere nice to dine. This place is atrocious bad , hard pass. I've been in hospitality for 2 decades I won't go into detail but they are breaking many health violations and the staff are not Canadian cannot speak English. Our bacon was old do you know how long it takes for bacon to be rancid I was shocked at our experience here. We can do better then thus Ridgetown
