My partner and I had a lovely time with your terrific food and kind service. We'll be back.
Love 335! Loved our food & our server! Looking forward to many more meals this summer!
Love this place!! Love our server and am upset that I can't remember her name because she is a constant outstanding reason why the experience is always so special!!
Excellent food, and good value for money. The mushroom risotto was excellent. We didn't had the pizza but it looked excellent.
The meal and service was excellent! Lori was superb; attentive, knowledgeable, warm and engaging. The meal was superb!
Exceptional and caring service from Torrie. Very friendly and understood our order perfectly.
Had our anniversary dinner at 335. Great meal. Caesar salad was a unique and fresh take on a menu staple. Our mains - a seafood "stew" and beef tenderloin were cooked just the way we wanted. Our server, Jess, was outstanding. The perfect combination of personable, charming and professional. Not inexpensive, but good value. Would recommend for sure.
Dinner was so good ! I got the kale salad, which was filling. My husband got the burger and fries. We thought we might need a pizza to fill us up more but the salad was actually super filling. I highly recommend.
We were a party of 5 hosting a guest from out of town. As soon as we arrived we were told they were out of lamb shanks...this was at 6 pm...my husband wanted the steak..told it was being substituted...wanted mashed potatoes with it..no mashed potatoes tonite..he ordered a burger!!! I ordered the seafood pasta..could not eat 3/4 of it because if the amount of salt...all one piece if lobster that you could hardly find!!my sister had polenta with her salmon...it was disgusting..left it on the plate...the only good thing was the pizza and the burger! The calamari with the Brussels sprouts were fried so hard they were crunchy ! They tasted more like those canned onions you buy...three out of the 5 dinners were still 3/4 full when the waitress gathered the dishes! We were also told if we wanted the scallops for an appetizer they were sent the wrong ones so they were very small!! This is the first time we were there since these owners took over...for a bill of over 400.00 for the table we would have been better to go to a pizza/burger joint!!! We left without saying anything because we didn't want to embarrass our guest! We had built this restaurant up so much to her beforehand we were appalled! How are you possibly out of so much for dinner when it was only 6pm? Save your money people...this restaurant should be ashamed!
We’ve just been here for lunch. The decor is lovely. Tori our server was amazing. BUT the moules frites was a shock. Many undercooked muscles, cold fries dumped on top and everything swimming in sauce to the point the poor server had to walk slowly across the room so as not to spill it all over the floor. Tori made our experience very enjoyable despite the muscles.

Tonight I ordered dinner at 335 on the Ridge and they declined to accept my $100 gift card, they said it was a year old.
When the restaurant changed hands in the Spring I phoned up and said I had 5 $100 gift cards signed by Jen the former owner, that had been given to me by a client and would they he honored.
I was told absolutely yes, at no time was I told there was a time limit.
As a former manager of an extremely busy pub I was appalled that the manager would not accept my gift card.
It is really bad business practice to lose a customer especially in a small tight knit community like Ridgeway.
Thankfully I had already used 4 of my gift cards otherwise I would have been out $500!
Shame on them, I certainly will not be back.
This restaurant REFUSES Gift cards purchased before 2022. I was given a valid $100 Gift card from a client who purchased a block of them back in Nov 2021. Thousands was spent on these Gift cards. 333 on the ridge told us (in the middle of our appetizers) that they purchased the restaurant and do not honor old gift cards from 3 years ago. Then tell me who stole my clients money? Gift cards are purchased with the intention of it being a valid gift forever.
We left after our appetizer (cold sourdough bread and overly charged wine/scotch) $45 for sad bread and two drinks. I will never go there again.

We tried 335 after reading others reviews and seeing they hosted events. Looking for a venue for a small wedding reception in Niagara was daunting being 2 hours away. After speaking to Sophia and coming down to Ridgeway to try the food and service we selected 335 on the Ridge to be our venue. Well we could not be happier, the food was out of this world, the service is impeccable and every guest said they'd be back for a meal with family or friends. I cannot say enough for what amazing dishes the kitchen staff puts together and how accommodating and service minded Sophia and the wait staff are. They conquered each request we had and over delivered on each mark. Great job to everyone at 335 we will be returning over and over to try all your wonderful offerings. And a huge thank you for making our day that much more special to us.
