I ordered the horchata beer! Definitely unique and light. The service was great! And the interior is unique. The pretzel bites with the Dijon were good as well! There I excessible street parking right infront of the brewery.

Delicious and unique beers. The Loganberry Ale has a very complex, beautiful flavour and the guest tap Fairweather Grace Earl Grey and Lemon beer was exquisite. Love that it’s attached to a church. Very good pretzel bites too! Cool art labels and creative names on the beer are an added plus.

A very unique brewery being operated in a church, with friendly staff, and good beer. The food was hot and fresh, but definitely overpriced for what you get, not memorable. Good selection of beers on tap and they have beers to go on your way out.

Overall, we enjoyed the experience here. The atmosphere was fun, the beers were excellent. We were there on a Saturday and the service was slow, they seemed understaffed. Our server forgot our food order. When it did arrive, it was quite good. Would come back but hope the service improves!

great beer.. lots of choice the food is ok.. not bad but not a great variety and could use a refresh. food 'quantity' is lacking. that is even if you are not a fatty you will still be hungry.

Really cool concept but personally our group was disappointed with the beers. We got flights and tried everything on the menu but there wasn’t any we would want to have again. We also expected a bit more vibrant environment but it was very quiet. The food all sounded promising on the menu but similar to the beers, disappointing when tasted. The potato salad was an exception and was quite good

I love Brimstone, the food is great and the atmosphere is amazing however our server tonight was very rude and condescending. We waited two hours to get our meal and when asked if we could get the grilled cheese for our one year old she said no and rudely asked “don’t you have snacks for your kid”. She also messed up on our bill it went from 80 down to 67 - mistakes happen we’re human but after this horrible interaction this was also frustrating. I left but my family that was there finishing up told me the server then threw a fit about not getting tipped and that we just “left” it was now 8pm and my one year old needed to sleep. This is just so unprofessional, was truly a heartbreaking situation as this place has been a favourite of mine. I hope this older lady that served us is more professional next time.

They were understaffed and much busier than I'm sure they expected, still service itself was fine for what it was. The beers were terrible. Apricot IPA may have been the worst beer I've ever had. Basically undrikable. More of a toothpaste, meets a 40 year old can of fruit, that's almost as bitter as this post, but lacks any flavor.
