I pre ordered 3 patty tray pizzas in advance and verified with them that it is for a daycare and if they were willing to open a bit earlier to accommodate this and they told me yes! I showed up there the day of to pick up my pizzas and no one was there and no pizza so I had to go elsewhere and left it very stressful when needing to feed a daycare full of children!! Not impressed and wasn’t the first time! We will never use papas pizza again and it’s sad when we have used them for years before they sold to the new owner! Very unprofessional to tell people something and not follow through or give a courtesy call!!

Placed an order at 2pm for pick up at 3:30. I arrived at 3:30pm to pick up my order and both pizzas were still being made. When I asked why, I was told they had other orders. Poor service and no apology. Other than you can wait 10 minutes. The pizza may taste good but the service was not acceptable.

If I could give a zero, I absolutely would. Papa's used to be our go to, but since they sold, the service has been ridiculously bad. Tonight was the finally straw, but sadly after a decade of being a religious customer, we will not return. Can only remain a faithful for so long. I could drag this out and give particulars, but I'll save you the endless reading and just say, save your time and money and do not order from Papa's
