Used to enjoy going to this Ridgeway and Dominion Road location, only to find out thar it is being owned and operated by middle eastern culture now. Now don't get me wrong I am not racist,nor do I have an issue with these people who have come here to make a better life for themselves. What I do have a problem with however,is long standing Subway employees who have worked at this establishment for years,and have had their hours cut and days off,given to said owner and operators relatives. This is NOT OK. On top of that,they now cheap out on toppings and sauces.

Great subs but they have replaced lmk the pure sweet onion sauce with teriake mix which greatly stopped me from going to subway by 80% and I know many other customers say the same thing this is not a store issue it's a franchise change within the company subway.
Had a lovely service from the gentleman who served my salad bowl around 7:10pm, very positive attitude, big smile on his face, kind and helpful! Hope he can receive the recognition he deserves.

New owners are great! Out of all subways in fort erie, the staff really know how to put together a outstanding sub. I get offered plenty of extras everytime i go there. That being said , keep up the excellent work/ business etiquette!

Arrived to both workers out front smoking. When I went inside, the shop was filthy. No tables were wipe, soda fountain caked in soda and sauce, floors filthy. One girl did wipe down the tables but left food residue behind, and the tables were soaking wet after. Disgusting place and poor experience.They did wash their hands after smoking before preparing food.
ordered a meatball from here, put too much extra sauce on that I didn't ask for, and so much salt that when I got home and took a bite there was so much salt and the sub was soggy from the amount of sauce he added I couldn't eat it and threw it out, not the first time this has happened, the guy was nice but never again, never again to subway actually, it's like throwing money away
