I’ve lived in Toronto for over 40 years, but every late summer I return to my hometown of Goderich. About six years ago, my uncle discovered this restaurant and introduced it to many of our extended family and friends — and it has truly become a gem for all of us.

I have been to the FIG Studio Kitchen a few times before my most recent visit and everything was great and is always great; the service is fast and friendly, the food is fresh and delicious and the atmosphere is upscale but not snooty, very welcoming. The creamy asparagus soup and salad with Maple vinegrette are just two of the menu favs. Not to mention the delicious specials they have available.
