Last three visits, burgers were reheated even if we always went between 5 and 6pm. We were told that they don’t reheat but keep burgers under a heat light for up to 1 hour! 1. Heat light keep cooking the meat and 2. The normal maximum under a heat light is 15 minutes and no more. The end result is very dry meat that don’t taste fresh AND don’t taste like a A&W burger. We’ll drive to Ottawa from now on!

Sunday, 3PM: super friendly crew. They were attentive, peppy, the whole restaurant was spotless. The food arrived within maybe 2 minutes. Bathroom was spotless.

2:30pm : As a shift worker, I enjoy the All-Day-Breakfast. Everything was super !! Nice tasting coffee and service was professional and quick. Food (combo)was fresh and nicely done. I truly enjoy this A&W location in Rockland. Keep up the great work ladies and gents. Highly recommended for friends and family !!!

Very disappointed that they refused their coupons stating we couldn’t use them after 11:00 am. No where on their coupons does it say this. Also no longer enjoying our teen burgers. The last one had most no condiments and tasted nothing like before. Hard to support local when it only works one way.

Please work on your service standards. People should be able to be served in the language of their choice, English or French. It’s horrible service and most staff can’t understand when you place your order. Additionally, my sister in law and I have been sick to our stomach since eating it last night. I don’t recommend.

The too was usual A&W fare. Tasty and filling. I could do without the multitude of flies in the restaurant though. It’s not enjoyable eating when you are waving flies off your food and drink or feeling them land on your legs, arms and head.

Just came to say, great job A&W! This place has become my go-to for fast food. The cod burger is really good, lattes are decent, burgers are well made & quickly with lots of toppings, the staff are kind and friendly. I just get a sense y'all really trying out here so, for what it's worth, thanks :)
