Recently moved near this location, ordered two burgers and fries and onion rings. Love the onion rings usually, but this time had to be the worst onion rings I ever had from A&W. They weren’t crispy they were under cooked. Soggy even. They had just made the food we decided to dine in, when we got our food it wasn’t even hot it’s like it had been sitting for a bit maybe waiting for the other meal to be ready not sure. Or maybe they put such a big piece of lettuce with too much sauce and it made the burger cold not sure but anyways I wasn’t impressed. Will give them another try, hopefully better the next time. Bunch of younger kids working that didn’t seem to really care about their jobs.

Small classic A&W. Complete with frosty mugs and fries served in little baskets. Awesome!
Vegetarian options: Beyond Meat burgers are delicious. Suggest you eat in to enjoy them nice and hot. Cheese and - surprisingly - bacon are offered as extras.
Parking: It's in a mall. Plenty of room for everyone. Drive-through also an option for the more impatient.
Kid-friendliness: No special facilities. Just food, tables and chairs.
Wheelchair accessibility: Mall sidewalk may be a bit of a challenge.

We went to have a quick bite to eat and were welcomed by the nicest person in the world. Her name was Billeah . Great smile and great service . From far , I could see that Billeah made sure our order was ok and nothing was missing. Great customer service by Billeah and the crew that day.

Ordered onion rings for the second time at this location. Both times the onion rings are hardly breaded. They have crumbly breading that's all at the bottom of the bag.
This location need to train staff on correct wet batter and breading ratio because a bag of warm,soggy onions are not what I ordered.
