I just ordered the Chicken Cruncher BLT combo at the Rockland, Ontario location & the chicken was so dry & overdone that I may as well have eaten an un chewable cardboard or worse. Very disappointing! On the plus side,the fries were ok. ? - Definitely won’t be ordering that again. BE WARNED! Just want to add that I mentioned it yo the person behind the counter who served me & although she agreed that it was not up to standards. she just walked away & went back to work. Really disappointed & will not be visiting again.

Love A&W, finally tried the iced mixed berry smoothie which was really good however the fridge that chilled glasses was not working so had to enjoy my smoothie in .. a plastic cup which is disappointing as it is advertised in their ads and commercials
