Normaly the serivice is really good and never had to complain except for today.
Waited to get seated for 15 minutes at the door and no one came or even aknowledge me being there. Decided to sit myself and still no services. I decided to leave. I even wave to the waitress.

Amazing experience at this location on Saturday night! We were 45 guests, yes 45! Incredible how our waitress, yes… she singularly, managed our whole section without incident. I’ve never witnessed such expertise before. The food was awesome! We were all served within an hour and no one had to wait for anything. She was totally with it, that waitress. Wish we knew her name. It was a birthday celebration, but our waitress was the star of the show. Thank you for giving us a memorable and stress free night out! We were exceptionally happy in our section in this warm and cozy restaurant.

We held my daughter's birthday there (14 people). Andrea (Andie) was hands down the best server we have ever had! She was so friendly, everything went smoothly even with so many people, and she made my daughter feel incredibly special even with how busy our group was. She was an absolute rock star! I cannot say enough good things about her service!!!

Twice I have ordered take out from here, and twice they have ignored my order until I cancelled it. What is the point of being on delivery apps if you're not going to fulfill the orders?
I can understand that mistakes can happen but when they are compounded throughout an experience it's a hard pill to swallow. Ordered some food for our sons 4th birthday due to some nasty weather preventing us from visiting the restaurant in person. All seemed great at first with the restaurant even offering to throw in some cotton candy for our son, but unfortunately the manager neglected to notify the delivery company of the order for pick up. It wasn't until we got in touch with them that we were notified that they had forgotten to let them know about the delivery and that they would "rush the order". This would have meant an order that had been sitting for over an hour being sent to us if we didn't ask if they would be remaking the order due to this error. When asked if they monitor the orders sitting in their warmer we were told there is zero quality control around making sure food goes out fresh. The drivers pick up the food without checking in with the staff. As of 7:30 p.m. we are still waiting for an order that was placed at 4:48 p.m.... When the order finally did show up the restaurant hadn't even offered a discount to make amends for the horrible experience, luckily the delivery company (Night off delivery - our saviours on this night - was able to make sure we were taken care of.) Unacceptable

I went for dinner. It didn't take long to get seated. However, there was a bit of a wait for service. The waiter brought my daughter her cup of juice without the straw. There was no drink menu on the table, so he had to come back to get my drink order. The place was really busy and really loud. Once we did receive our food, however, it was delicious.
Kid-friendliness: There were a lot a kids, and they have a nice kids menu.
