Never order take out they don't understand basic food orders. They provide what is not ask and don't add all what is needed in the order. If you call call to ask managers are independent and could care less.Udate Jan 2026 placed an order for delivery with a useless owner doesn't know the difference between fried wings and oven baked really are you that clueless 5 orders and the same thing this place is a joke.

We go out for lunch every Thursday as a group and phoned ahead to let the restaurant know we were coming. While we understand it was busier than usual, service was extremely slow. We waited about 30 minutes before seeing a server, and another 15–20 minutes for drinks, with no water or acknowledgment in between. We were told the kitchen wasn’t taking orders while they caught up, and it was nearly an hour before our food arrived.
Our server was apologetic, which we appreciated, but there was very little communication from management. A bit more acknowledgment or table coverage would have gone a long way. We’ve had better experiences here in the past and hope this was an off day.

The only thing this place has going for it is the atmosphere and drinks. The server was very unprofessional. Asked to speak to a manager. Hells no you wont because somehow they are all super busy and on break. Service gets 0 stars wasn't even worth 1. Food. If thats what you want to call this. Because it wasn't hot it wasn't fresh and cooked by people who truly dont care if your going to get sick by the food or let alone be able to eat more then 2 bites. If your going to catch the game or just have drinks. Go for it. Gonna eat. Go elsewhere.

Boston Pizza never disappoints! The staff are friendly and attentive, the food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is welcoming for families and groups. Whether it’s a casual meal or a night out, it’s always a great experience. Highly recommend!

We were there last night. Although we love Boston Pizza, yesterday was a total disappointment. We got seated by the hostess that could of use a smile and some social skill. Perhaps she is going a rough time, if that is the case, don't put her to greet customers. It took a good 10 minutes before our sever came to see us, another 10-15 minutes for our drinks. Then our appetizer was served, with out plates or ustensiles or napkins. When we ask a server that was passing by for napkins, he pointed that there was some at the bar but he would bring some to us. Then our meal arrived ...still no ustensiles. When we asked, it's like we were bothering them. Anyway, I hope it was one night off. Not sure if owner has changed but if so, need to do some work on service.
