Fantastic as always! Great service and good.

It’s been quite a while since eating anything else other than breakfast. Their home fries are my favourite that keeps me returning.

My only critique would be consistency. I’ve eaten at numerous locations throughout Ottawa and find a slight difference in some having slightly over/under cooked home fries. Doesn’t bother me; just an observation.

Came at noon.
Eggs overcooked, asked for the whites to be cooked through but the yellow came out all cooked through as well.
Cold potatoes
Teeniest bit of butter in the center of burned toast.
Bacon which was dry and tasted cooked hours ago.

Amazing staff! The place to go to enjoy meal or a drink!

My friend and I ordered quesadillas and there was barely any filling. Onions were borderline raw, so were the tiny pieces of green peppers and there was barely any cheese. After my friend mentioned this to the waitress, she brought the plate back to the kitchen. The waitress then brought the same plate back to the table and informed us that the manager, who had prepared the food, refused to do anything about the meal and said that we would be charged extra if we wanted more cheese. I left feeling still hungry and very, very disappointed. Our whole table of 11 was in disbelief over the manager’s inability to provide basic customer service.

good service with the server but we had 2 quesadiallas ordered at our table tonight they had barely any cheese in them and they where barely filled ,onion and pepers where almost raw the waitres brought the plate back to the kitchen the manager (who had prepared the food) refused to do any thing about it unless extra was paid the waitress felt so bad that she decided to take care of it wich is not right really not impressed on how things are managed at this restaurant we had a table of 11 and eveey one was is disbeleif on how the manager handled the situation . i would of expect better then that for a 20$ dish that cost nothing to make

I was with my boyfriend last night, it wasn’t too busy got seated right away. We were served by Shawn, he was very pleasent, made sure everything was ok with the food, gave us refills and gave great service to other tables around us. The food was very delicious, I ordered the taco chicken. I will absolutely be back again.

Met for Christmas breakfast with family. Place was packed and we still got great quick service.

The day we went, it was closed for a private event. We, as well as several other people, did not see the sign on the door because it was written in a very small font on the badly lit front door. Waited in line behind a bunch of people, who all left. Only to be told, "Sorry, we are closed to the public".
I get that the restaurant can be booked for an event, but it is not hard to make a big enough sign that everyone can read. Heck do two, one on the door and one inside where it is well lit. Would have saved everyone our time and annoyance.
