Very good service and decent food , wings are very good but try the fish and chips very good. Nice thing is the owner is down to earth, interacts with customers and even cleans tables , nice to see an owner so involved. Also waitresses are very busy but always accommodating.
The food was alright nothing spectacular. The Philly sandwich was tough and dry meat a far cry from a real Philly sandwich. Overall it is a Diner/roadhouse and it gives you a good atmosphere and company.
If you want to have the best homemade food in rockland, it’s the place to go. Basically everything on the menu is phenomenal. My go to is the chicken ceasar wrap, and great canadian poutine. The staff is extra friendly, the owners are amazing people and i would recommend it to anyone. Whenever i dont feel like cooking, Gab’s is my comfort food.
