I agree 100% with Bree on their review. We have ordered 3x in the last 2 months and EVERY time I gave my address and made them repeat it, somehow my order always ended up at the neighbours house.! We ordered yesterday May 10,2025 and once again it went accros the street. The driver told me I should call the call centre and ask to speak with the supervisor., which I did but with no success on speaking with one. They kept telling me that I can’t speak to one and that they can help me, I kept insisting with them to get me a supervisor. Eventually he said I’ll go see, all he did was stay on the phone, not even put me on hold, and was just breathing heavy. We stayed like that for a full 5 mins until I asked what’s going on, to no reply. I got so frustrated that I just hung up. It’s unfortunate because the food and the drivers are great.

READ THIS**** This has to be the cleanest and best Gabriels in Ottawa as I paid for my pizza and wings. The gentleman then went and washed his hands to go and deal with my food.
On top of that, they were extremely polite I refuse to eat at any other Gabrielle’s at this point
Hands down the best pizza in the city! Even tho it’s a franchise this location was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. 5 star hands down!
