This place usually has some of the best pizza & literally the best wings around. My recent order new years day had barely chopped up peppers (which resulted in being undercooked), under done crust and completely inedible wings that ended up in the garbage. Food is expensive so ordering now is a treat to most of us. Please make sure the staff is paying attention when they are cooking and preparing. I will be giving this location another chance because this was the only time I have been disappointed.

Absolutely disgusting food! I ordered here before and said never again but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Now I remember why I never ordered again. I ordered a shawarma (yes I know not the best place to get it) but it was so gross! The pita was super hard, too old I’m guessing. Had very little chicken in it and the garlic sauce was horrible! Didn’t taste right. Got some boneless chicken which were soggy and the fries were as well. Even my none-picky eating child told me her chicken nuggets and fries we’re disgusting! I never write reviews but I’m so disappointed and quite pissed off that I spent so much on food and got garbage! Definitely NEVER again!!!

i used to order here all the time, to the point where the guy would always know my order when i walked into the door. (very simple, chicken caesar wrap platter) but now everytime i order the wrap… they end up making a shawarma with caesar dressing. it’s gross. i don’t want to eat pickles and turnips on my caeser wrap. this has happened to me on multiple occasions and everytime i go back to get it fixed… they give me a sandwich that’s half the size. complete rip off now, not worth $20 for a small wrap and a handful of fries.

Used to be great, seems to be ripping people off now with their food amount and portions. When I called to complain, I got told it's standard. It wasn't 2 months ago, what changed?
I have to say that up until today I liked Milano’s pizza. I order pizza almost every Friday and I try all of the pizza places in Rockland. One of favourites was Milano’s but not this Friday. I had to return my two pizzas because the pizza dough was raw and doughy. I drove back to the store to complain and showed them that the dough was raw. They apologized and advised me that they would redo my order. I was told twenty minutes so I ran a couple of errands and went back twenty minutes later to be told at that point that they were just then making me fresh pizzas. What happened to doing that twenty minutes ago. I waited in the parking lot another 22 minutes. He advised my pizzas were ready…I should have looked at them there. Got home and one of the pizzas was cooked to perfection and of course my pizza was worst then the first one…the cheese was white and the crust was even less cooked. I had to put it in my own oven to cook it further but it’s hard to cook the pizza rust without burning the pizza. I just couldn’t eat it. I work hard for my money to just waste it. I’m truly disappointed. To the restaurant defence I think the lack of staff on a Friday night is ridiculous…there was just one guy making all the pizzas.

Best pizza I have eaten, I unfortunately can't have gluten anymore and I miss a good pizza, I've tried every place in Rockland that offered Gluten free pizza, they all were very disappointing, last night we decided to try Milanos and see what could happen and I wish I tried this place 1st. Finally a gluten free crust so good I couldn't tell the difference. I will be ordering again and again and again. And the Greek salad was amazing, fast service to.

Can never seem to get an order right, called to get a bbq base and confirmed 2-3 Times over the phone just for them not to get anything extra on the order correctly. Totally should have opened up on the spot and called them out for it but the reviews for them speak for themselves and will no longer be ordering from here. Truly don’t give a shit to get your order corrected but they’ll gladly take your money…
