My husband and I went here for date night and they seem understaffed. It was a busy Friday night/weekend and there was lots of people. We stood around waiting for about 10-15 minutes before being seated. We were told just to go seat ourselves at one side. We then waited again for our server before we would start the buffet. We waited about 5-10 minutes before we just went ahead to the buffet. I wouldn't blame the staff for them not being as quick as they should be because there was very few staff and so many customers.
Food here was mediocre at best. It's edible, best thing I enjoyed here was the chicken fried rice. The price is a bit high for the quality of food here.

Been ordering for a few years and seems like food quality went down. The amount of vegetables (which consists of mainly sliced onions and broccoli stalks) is 3:1 to meat.

My family's been ordering take-out or eating inside the restaurant for many years. Since covid, we found the food quality/quantity has dropped, but the prices keep going up. The wonton soups are overpriced at $9 for a "large size," which is actually a medium soup. The egg rolls used to be our favourites, but they have an odd taste now. The chicken balls only come with a small sweet and sour sauce sauce for a full order. The buffet price has increased by quite a lot over the years as well.

Only good thing they do for delivery is breaded shrimp, chicken fried rice, chicken balls and cantonese chow mein. The honey garlic wings were stale, not fresh and no flavor, curry chicken had barely any chicken and TONS of onions and green peppers that were overcooked. Shanghai noodles were ok but not much flavor and the pork in the shanghai noodles and cantonese chow mein was pretty dry and stale too.

Place must be very popular as it was packed and a lineup out the door for takeout. But they need to hire more staff as some people waited an hour for the food. Kids would be very hungry by then. The lady who seemed to be the owner was flying to look after everyone. I found the prices a bit high for the quality of food and the atmosphere.

I don’t usually write reviews but do not eat here. We came mid service diner buffet, the trays were either empty or the food dried out. The empty trays were not caused by a swarm of people. The empty trays when we arrived were still empty when we left. There was barely any options and the food was sub standard. Spider webs were lining the walls and the restaurant was dirty. Poor service too. The ice cream spoons are around the corner and out of view from the non existent dessert bar. The mistake I made was using a spoon from the tray beside the ice cream to scoop and had the waitress angrily tell me to use the other ones. We paid 67$ for two people and barely ate. You’d be better off going to the Mandarin in Orleans.
