My husband and I went here for date night and they seem understaffed. It was a busy Friday night/weekend and there was lots of people. We stood around waiting for about 10-15 minutes before being seated. We were told just to go seat ourselves at one side. We then waited again for our server before we would start the buffet. We waited about 5-10 minutes before we just went ahead to the buffet. I wouldn't blame the staff for them not being as quick as they should be because...
Place must be very popular as it was packed and a lineup out the door for takeout. But they need to hire more staff as some people waited an hour for the food. Kids would be very hungry by then. The lady who seemed to be the owner was flying to look after everyone. I found the prices a bit high for the quality of food and the atmosphere.
Order to take away, the cook had just finished cleaning the plate. It must have taken 25 minutes. But the lady who took our order warned us before and it was perfect ? to complete the 2-3 missing purchases.
