Unreliable, slow, unorganized. The manager team is absolutely terrible. He is very rude, I dispise coming in. They are lucky they are the only McDonald’s around the rockland area.

The lady at the window is so nice and friendly its to bad the rest of night staff dont take their jobs this great asked for no mayo cause of allergy to get home by some chance looked at bun to see they had scapped mayo off its a allergy not a preference asked for no salt on fries ok got it but fries were still ice cold the drink was flat no flavor to bad for those who dont care when drive thru greeter order taker makes it seem so nice she is the only reason any stars were given

Highly recommended restaurant—excellent food, warm service, great ambiance, and consistently memorable dining experiences every visit.
everytime i order mc delivery items are missing and theres no way to contact store as the number is out of service even the number from mcdelivery is out of service. so have no way of contacting store to fix any issues. today ordered breakfast to only get a message over hour later stating order cancelled as delivery driver experienced issue during delivery. called the mcdelivery number to find out the store gave the wrong driver our order and so cancelled our order instead of just remaking it and sending it with the correct driver. now too late to order hashbrowns, store never refunded our money mcdelivery said and now were out of points we used as part of our order and no way of getting it back and mcdelivery will not compensate for the inconvenience cannot offer anything said to call the store knowing the number doesnt even work. completely ridiculous. last time i ordered they forgot 2 junior chickens and could not get a refund or the items replaced in anyway. so lost the money spent then and every other time this store has screwed up our order which is everytime we order. how hard is it to do your job correctly mcdonalds rockland. time to replace the managers at this location as they obviously cannot run the store correctly by any means. thankfully these people only work at mcdonalds and not anywhere they can do some real harm to the public for the incompetence.

Online states it’s open 24 hours which is clearly not true as we went tonight and they were closed at 10pm.

Waited 26 minutes in the drive thru once at this location for a coffee. Another time they directed me to the reserved parking 1 space for 16 mins for a mcmuffin. So no, not a great McDonald's location.
Clean little McD's. Fair bit of parking and has double drive thru. Mobile order parking as well.

If anyone reading this is considering going to this location don’t, every time they either forget half of my order or just give me the wrong thing all together, it’s not that hard to read a receipt and make what people paid for, paid extra for sausage and bacon and was only given bacon, them still being in business is a miracle

Went around 1:45am last night with my younger sister for a late night meal. Ordered a big mac meal with a large apple juice and a 6pc nugget meal with sweet n sour, bbq sauce and a med coke no ice.
As we get to the window he immediately handed out my apple juice and it looked pale. I tried a sip and it tasted like water. I handed it back to him and kindly asked if i could get a new one and he said there was no more juice. I asked for a strawberry frutopia instead and when he gave me my new drink it looked pink on the inside so I thought it was my frutopia.
I then looked in our bag and saw there was a whole med fry missing. Again I told the worker and he made us fresh fries and gave us our coke but with ice when we asked for no ice!! He gave us another free coke no ice.
We go to leave the drive through and realize he had also forgot both sauces for the nuggets for my sisters meal! Annoyed and tired we just left and used up what we had at home.. At home I went to take a sip of my strawberry frutopia only to realize he gave me a strawberry milkshake!! IM LACTOSE INTOLERANT!!
Very disappointed in this Mcdonald’s location. Happens too often! I emailed the manager a few times and he never answered.
Once they forgot a whole meal of mine! Very sad for us paying customers.. DO BETTER!

Any time after 8-9pm terrible turn around time and they have forgot my fries twice I get home, no fries or straws for the drink and mind you they make you wait 15-20minutes in the reserve spots, super frustrating for the price you pay you are not getting the value
