Came in on a snowy night, Ashley was very accommodating to my nut allergy and offered to wash her hands before I even asked. From an allergy person- that's really kind and assuring. Very clean and lots of sweet options! Will be coming back! Great service from the whole team :)

I been going there since they open for ice cream, but now for about 2 month we cannot get twist or chocolate ice cream , and yesterday i got a vanilla cone dip in chocolate and it look like the dip was too hot and lumpy . Realy dissapointed

If i could give no srars i would ordered online was viven a time they took my money sman hour later called to ask where my order was they were well theres a problem only uber eats delivers im like ok but my order was accepted and money took and i couldnt believe none of them were going to call sorry but worse restaurant ever when asked refund for my money girl said i need to ask my manager how to rrefund you are you serious calked back said hubby would pick up order they seemed lost wow annd could hardly speak any english....just a update on this post the manager called apoligized offered full refund and totally understood my situation
I’ve been a loyal customer at Mr. Puffs for a long time, especially at the Rockland location, but tonight (April 25th around 8 p.m.) was extremely disappointing. I asked how fresh the puffs were before ordering and was told they had just been made—so I went ahead and got my usual box of 30 with two sauces. Right away I noticed there wasn’t enough sauce, way less than what I usually receive. When I politely asked for a bit more, the staff told me that next time it would be extra. Really? For a regular customer who knows what a proper portion looks like?
Then I sat down and started eating… and the puffs were cold. Not warm, not lukewarm—cold. Every single one. That’s honestly unacceptable. If they weren’t fresh, just be honest. Don’t claim they were just made. I usually enjoy coming here, but this experience felt careless and unprofessional. I expected way better.

My new favourite place to go with my family!!! The puffs are crispy and golden on the outside and taste like beavertails, and moist and chewy like a pancake on the inside. We've been twice now and each time we got a deal of 2 boxes of 12 for $14, with 4 choices of flavours. We tried the cookies and cream, salted caramel, strawberry cheesecake, wow butter and raspberry, almond, and Dulce de leche. The almond is the least favourite, very artificial tasting and a weird aftertaste. Favourites are cookies and cream and salted caramel.
