*UPDATE* I would like to be able to accept the apology as I am a very forgiving person however, nobody yells at a customer like that unintentionally. If you truly believe it was unintentional then he needs serious training. There was no need for that type of behaviour. I could understand a bit more if I (the customer) had been difficult or was yelling and being rude in return. Even then your job is to serve the customer with respect, the same respect I gave to the driver even though he was being agressive towards me. I've worked in customer service and continue to do so, and never have I ever seen anything like this nor would I ever expect and employee to act this way.
*Original Review* The delivery driver who is also apparently the manager was very aggressive and continuously yelled at me because he couldn’t find the right door. I apologized multiple times and remained calm while helping him find it yet he still yelled at me more and then sped off before I could even pay. He then continuously called me the next day while I was at work, trying to get me to pay for the mistake he made. When I refused to give my credit card information over the phone (for security reasons), he continued to yell. When asked to speak to the manager to solve the issue he simply told me it was him and so I offered to see if I could pass by in person after work. We got there and he avoided us and eventually never came back to grab an order and instead called in another driver to take his place. We did pay for the pizza by the way. We simply wanted an apology. This is unacceptable behaviour.

To the rude delivery driver who thinks it’s a big man move to be rude and yell at my daughter for a mistake he made. I hope it was worth it. I understand you are also the manager. You’ve lost my business and I am for sure telling everyone I know to go elsewhere.

Had a great experience at this pizza spot. Ordered the Hawaiian pizza and some wings, and they were both really tasty. The crust was perfectly cooked, and the wings had a nice crunch to them. Overall, a solid choice for a casual meal.

We will not be ordering again the lad that deliver our pizza was so ignorant and bad attitude it's un real, he was driving a black Honda civic, all because we had a delivery arrive at our place when he pulled in, and could not wait the 1 min for the van to back out..

Its astonishing, ever since they opened they have a 100% track record with forgetting my wings in the order.
Service is trash, and they pay very little attention to the job.
Our last incident, we picked up our order, and somehow our wings ended up in out for delivery, to god knows where.
Had to wait an extra 10 minutes for the driver to come back with the wings to give them to us.
