Edit: The day after my order, the owner called to apologize. He explained that the shawarma I got had been meant for someone who requested soft chicken. He offered to send me new sandwiches for free.. they arrived crispy, fresh, and delicious. Thank you

They are super cheap and no ac I almost passed out I couldn’t even breathe and the guys they were so slow and in the end, they charge way too much for the price and the amount of the food that I got I was kind of surprised it’s a countryside. It shouldn’t be with this prices and their service is horrible my husband he was waiting for me in the car. Literally these guys they were hitting on me for 10 minutes. Specially, the big guy there.🤮🤮🤮. I just wanna mention something probably the owner will read it. That’s a restaurant with service. It’s not a dating restaurant. You know where family is approaching their very disrespectful. They didn’t even once before with my daughter.

For my birthday back in june i wanted to order shawarma. I ordered three shawarma platters, which 2/3 not having salad. When the order came in, it was 2 big trays, 1 with chicken, rice and a little bit of potatoes, 1 full of salad, and then the beef from the mix platter i had asked.
Normally i would not mind, but it was my birthday and it was a huge waste of salad and not enough potatoes, as well as being more expensive then our original order. I then called back and they disputed me over it, when they clearly got the order wrong, i asked them to send us more potatoes because the big salad tray made no sense and well, they had the order wrong/more expensive.
When the guy came with the potatoes almost 2 hours later, we had to pay for them. Dissapointed in a place i use to defend and respect

For a long time now I’ve been eating here a lot. If you like shawarma and falafel, it’s a great place. If anything is to dissatisfies you, the owner is quick to make it right.

The shawarma here has been delicious ever since I moved here in Rockland 3 years ago. But everytime I go there, I feel like I'm not welcome. Like today, since i'm trying to be friendly and talk to them happily, I simply ask the price of Shawarma Poutine but they answered very impolite. And this time, they gave me lesser meat than usual, compare to the other customer. Like I said, ever since, i really can't understand, for some reason they always treat me quietly, but when it comes to other customer they are so happy, like one time they serve the lady behind me, before serving me even if I'm the first in the line. I'm really sad. I always feel out of place. In my 3 years in Rockland, I have bought here less than ten times because of the way they treat me. I really love the shawarma but if they treat me like that, I probably won't buy here again. This is my very 1st Bad review ever.. Sorry guys .. All is well!
