I placed an order today thinking it was the same as I usually order, I received the order very quickly but I was surprised it wasn't what I expected . I was hesitant to call them because I always have a very good experience. Because I was hungry and didn't have much.i decided to call and i was clear that it might by mistake that i didn't understand the order.
They decided to send me another meal for free. The driver was very nice. I really appreciate st Hubert Rockland.they are very nice and professional. Big thumbs up .
Kid-friendliness: The call center people are always nice and clear. The drivers are always nice and friendly.

I want to shout out to the amazing staff! Melina and Teresa as busy as they were on new years eve still greeted everyone with a small and the staff was working as quick as they could. Although the offered a treat for the wait I kindly declined as the staff was clearly overwhelmed with orders but maintaining smiles and cohesiveness :) Congrats to all that worked tonight:)

We went to dinner and I waited like 10 minutes for my dinner and my dinner was on the counter to give me but no the young man takes one of the plates and gives it to the drive-thru. Afterwards I still didn't wait for supper, when I received my supper but rib and wing fried cold the plate to my husband cold only supper was hot, its my son.

Hello I would like to give a bad review regarding the bad attitude that i was given trying to order a poutine the counter person was a larger blonde lady was very rude made me feel like I was stupid and ended up not putting gravy on my poutine very unsatisfied and unpleased by my visit at St-

Not one to complain very often. But guess what. ….not happy! Went in and ordered. , could hardly hear the clerk trying to take my order. Not her fault, person on kitchen repeatedly banging tubs together. I get it. Bad timing etc. but common sense. Literally asked me 3x what I wanted yet person kept banging. Finally said let’s wait until they’re done. … My order was to go. Got 1/4 chicken with salad. Didn’t notice until I got home but salad dressing was inside the salad. I’m talking plastic packaging at the bottom of the salad. Inside container! Had to route through the salad to get the dressing! I get it 3rd world problem. But seriously. Who puts the salad dressing into the salad. Figured 50$ meal for 2 people would at least attempt to make the meal enjoyable! With a touch of class 🤮 Will gladly submit photos. As I’m still in shock
Excellent experience at this Express rotisserie. We ordered the double leg dinner and half-rack ribs dinner with side dishes. Ribs were meaty and fall-off-the-bone. Chicken was tender and delicious too. The restaurant was well-maintained and the service was polite and friendly. I look forward to my next visit the next time I am passing through Rockland.

1 star all-round. App says the order is ready to pick up at 5:45pm, waiting in the restaurant in the pick up section and no one talks to me until I’m waiting for 10 minutes and they finally hand me my order. The chicken wraps we always get and have been getting for years are just not the same.. almost the same size as the chicken snack wraps from McDonald’s. 2 wraps with fries that’s it, cost $39 plus a tip. Fries were soggy and the wrap was good I will say but consumed in a matter of 3-4 bites. The price to food ratio is just absolutely insane. $40+ for 2 TINY chicken wraps with terrible service, never again

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at St-Hubert. I paid $39 for two chicken tender combos, only to receive tenders that were shockingly small—I've attached a picture of one in my hand for reference. The fries were completely unsalted, turning them into bland deep-fried potatoes rather than proper French fries. For the price charged, the quality should be far better, but instead, I feel completely ripped off.
The portion sizes compared to the cost are absurd, and it feels like this franchise is more of a scam than a quality dining experience.

Visited and ordered half chicken dinners for take out on two visits. Chicken was overcooked and dry and tasteless.. I assume chicken was reheated several times over several days before it was served. Food quality is ZERO
