Is it expensive ? Yes. Is it delicious? Kind of. It’s a satisfactory meal overall but for the price it makes you question the quality a bit. Service however was very quick - took about 12 minutes to get our full meal. This would be a once and a while kind of meal.

Placed order over an hour and a half ago, called to check on status of order was put on an extended hold and then told that due to a large order my order was delayed and they may be able to get my order out of the restaurant in the next 5 minutes meaning it will be at least another 20 minutes.

I ordered delivery, omg I’m not going to lie I was shocked, I got a poutine that was not even full. My friend got the same as me. They seemed to share one bag of cheese for us. The portions were so small for the price…
We ordered a club sandwich and two poutines. I got rotten tomato on the sandwich and raw bacon. Barely any lettuce. Totally totally unacceptable. I used to like this location. Now it’s dirty and over priced. But rotting food… wow

I placed an online order with St-Hubert this week and have been harassed by the owner every single day since. The issue? According to them, my order “never went through” — yet I was told by corporate that I’d need to pay in person and I noticed a charge on my card while on the way to the store.

Instead of handling this internally like a major corporation should, the owner has repeatedly called me, even asking me to send over my personal bank statement to “prove” I paid. That’s completely unacceptable. If there’s a system glitch, that’s on St-Hubert, not the customer.

This is not how a well-established chain should operate. They have the resources, staff, and systems to resolve these matters without harassing paying customers. I should not be getting multiple calls over something that’s clearly a breakdown in their process.

I’ll think twice before ever ordering here again. If you value your privacy and peace of mind, I’d recommend avoiding this location entirely.

⭐ St-Hubert Review: First and Last Visit ⭐

Wow. Where do I even start?

First time at St-Hubert and definitely the last. For starters — overpriced. $44 for two sad, tiny meals plus an extra $4 tip just to sit there on sticky floors covered in sugary drinks. Yum?

Portion sizes? Laughably small. I got three underwhelming chicken strips that looked so depressed they should’ve come with a therapist. Fries? Unsalted and bland. Bun? No clue what it was but it was sloppy, bland, and flatter than my enthusiasm after stepping on that sticky, uneven floor past the entrance.

The food prep? Uninspiring, disappointing, and totally lacking in presentation. These were sad, depressing meals — they looked and tasted like nobody cared. It felt like they were just thrown on a plate with little to no care.

The place was empty. And weirdly enough — no one greeted us when we walked in. It was just… awkward. At least Kathleen was friendly once we found someone. But with prices this high and the whole experience so underwhelming, I honestly wish they had some promotions or deals — because there’s absolutely no incentive for me to ever come back and become a repeat patron. I have zero drive to give this place a second chance.

If you’re gonna charge this much, at least clean the place, season your fries, and put some effort into the food.

Ordered Lobster roll and Piri Piri chicken sandwich, came with fries. Lobster roll was meh..not much lobster, fries were under cooked and cold, Piri Piri chicken sandwich was very greasy and cold. Not impressed given this cost almost $47.00.

Seems like the portions are smaller, for the price. Maybe they should change to KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN, ?THE BEST FOR A LONG TIME.?

I placed an order today thinking it was the same as I usually order, I received the order very quickly but I was surprised it wasn't what I expected .
I was hesitant to call them because I always have a very good experience.
Because I was hungry and didn't have much.i decided to call and i was clear that it might by mistake that i didn't understand the order.

They decided to send me another meal for free.
The driver was very nice.
I really appreciate st Hubert Rockland.they are very nice and professional. Big thumbs up .

Kid-friendliness: The call center people are always nice and clear.
The drivers are always nice and friendly.

I want to shout out to the amazing staff! Melina and Teresa as busy as they were on new years eve still greeted everyone with a small and the staff was working as quick as they could. Although the offered a treat for the wait I kindly declined as the staff was clearly overwhelmed with orders but maintaining smiles and cohesiveness :) Congrats to all that worked tonight:)
