Edit: after finally getting out of the drive thru. I received the world's most mid and dry 8$ turkey provolone sandwich. Don't go to this one lmao drive to Orleans you'll get your money's worth.

The slowest Starbucks in the Ottawa area. It's constantly a 20+minutes wait in a drive through of 2 cars. I've had my orders messed up many times - straight forward no modifications. It's so bad. I don't know what's going on there.

Absolutely FURIOUS with this place. I can't count the number of times I was given very dented edges on the cup of the HOT drink that ended up spilling on either me or on the ground. Please stop serving hot drinks in cups with dented edges. The drink almost spilled on me today in the drive thru while being handed to me.

I'd say 9 out of 10 times my drink is not correct. I asked for cortado and recieved a flat white....2 different drinks This is frustrating because the drinks are expensive I expect it to be right or even good! And I always tip 😑

I am beyond frustrated with my experience at the Rockland Starbucks today. I placed a mobile order specifically so I wouldn’t have to deal with issues at the window. When I arrived, they told me they were out of pistachio, meaning they couldn’t make the drink I ordered… yet there was no indication on the app that it was unavailable. If something is out of stock, it should be updated immediately so customers don’t waste their time.
As if that wasn’t enough, I ordered a vanilla latte with NO FOAM, and they still gave it to me with foam so half my venti drink is foam. It’s honestly not that complicated to read an order properly, especially after already messing up the first time.
I also ordered a wrap with ketchup — there was NO ketchup included, and the wrap was so overcooked it completely fell apart. Now there are pieces of it all over my vehicle because it was basically crumbling apart from being cooked too much. Absolute mess.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, quality, and basic attention to detail. If I wanted to pay for mistakes and frustration, I would’ve gone to Tim Hortons.
