I'd say 9 out of 10 times my drink is not correct. I asked for cortado and recieved a flat white....2 different drinks This is frustrating because the drinks are expensive I expect it to be right or even good! And I always tip 😑

I am beyond frustrated with my experience at the Rockland Starbucks today. I placed a mobile order specifically so I wouldn’t have to deal with issues at the window. When I arrived, they told me they were out of pistachio, meaning they couldn’t make the drink I ordered… yet there was no indication on the app that it was unavailable. If something is out of stock, it should be updated immediately so customers don’t waste their time.
As if that wasn’t enough, I ordered a vanilla latte with NO FOAM, and they still gave it to me with foam so half my venti drink is foam. It’s honestly not that complicated to read an order properly, especially after already messing up the first time.
I also ordered a wrap with ketchup — there was NO ketchup included, and the wrap was so overcooked it completely fell apart. Now there are pieces of it all over my vehicle because it was basically crumbling apart from being cooked too much. Absolute mess.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, quality, and basic attention to detail. If I wanted to pay for mistakes and frustration, I would’ve gone to Tim Hortons.

Love going there. As a fellow barista, the vibe is always immaculate. The baristas are always extra nice and the drinks are always top notch. I love the location, easy way in and out for my drive to Ottawa. Love them ❤️
Often my coffee and not done well I have already informed customer service it does not change they would like to change Your machine filters it's a bit disappointing having to throw away my coffee at 7.41 each time because I don't have time to come back and exchange it I often order via the mobile app

Thank you for taking your time, coming out from behind the counter and getting to her level, opening your personal phone to go through drinks that you recommend for a ten year old girl and seeing it through to the end. She was over the moon that she was able to enjoy her drink and cake pop. You’re amazing and a huge reminder that there are still kind and patient people in this world.
