Today they were out of olives & flatbread, last week they were out of lettuce, the week before that their debit wasn’t working and could only take cash. The week before that? They were out of lettuce again. Get it together guys. Lovely staff but clearly the owner is having supply issues.
Greg and his team are wonderful! The food is always fresh and tasty and the service is amazing!
Extremely dry bread, Crunchy and hard as if toasted but it wasn't.
Want back to exchange for a fresh sandwich and they gave me the exact same bread. Finally admitted they didn't have fresh bread!
Super slow service too. Sandwiches were 5 deep waiting for the toppings.
Officially my last visit.
For the price you'd think you'd receive fresh bread served in a timely manner!

This is probably the worst subway that I have ever been to. The staff are unhappy and not friendly. I ordered a turkey sub and there was hardly any turkey on it. I might as well have took two pieces of bread and put mayo on it. Will never order from here again!
Rockland Subway is in desperate need of a health inspector asap. Old food caked around counter & containers. Toppings never look fresh. Staff not trained properly in food prep or customer service. Counters are never wiped. It's absolutely disgusting.
The sandwich artist here have excellent customer service and you can tell they love making people happy and take a lot of pride in their work. Very friendly and the food is excellent.

Ordered for 12:30 online as I was at work, waited over 20 mins for my order while they served all the walk ins. When I tried to ask about my order staff ignored me.
Don’t go here, all they care about is skipthedishes and online orders. Your sandwich will take 30 mins minimum.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE!! THEY WILL MAKE YOUR ORDER WRONG AND WONT BE WILLING TO HELP YOU AFTER THE FACT!
My coworkers (we work in a group home) and I are snowed in at work. We cannot use our company vehicles and can not leave the premises. So we ordered from this subway.
We ordered 3 build your own subs, 2 of them had very simple notes on them.
All 3 subs were done incorrectly. The notes from one sub was put onto another sub. The sauces were all wrong. It was actually a mess, not one sub came out right. The ciabatta mini sandwich was fine but that’s just preset, so they couldn’t mess it up.
We called, asking if we could possibly have it resent and the person we spoke to was very nice and admitted that it was busy at the time of making the sandwiches. Honestly, sure that’s fine and understandable. She said that if we could get someone to pick it up that they would remake the subs.
2 hours later we get a call from Subway saying that the manager isn’t going to give us our correct order because he watched each sub get made and said they all came out perfect 🤣😂. So he’s rude and a liar. Nice.

I come in daily for a simple sandwich, I come out with a smile and some chuckles the staff is great, warm and friendly.
You can tell the day staff have alot of pride in their food and job its nice to come in on a cold day and see people who are so happy to help you.
If i was the manager id def be noticing the day staffs hard work
