I placed an online order, at 6h24pm tonight, I was picking up pizza for my kids around same time. After placing order and arriving, I decided to pick up order from Gabriel's first. As it was ordered before, while walking by Subway I noticed maybe two customers. I got my pizza, went to put it in car, and went into the Subway, I noticed for one my order was not ready and second a few more customers had arrived. No big deal, they are getting busy I will wait. My order was supposed to be ready by 6h40pm, I sat in restaurant at 6h44pm, waiting for my order. By nearly 6h55pm they acknowledged my order was late, and that they would do it right away...shortly after 7h05 pm, the employee asked me if they can make a sub for a customer before mine, for someone who showed up even after I walked in an sat down for my long waiting online order.... Those subs never got made. I was pissed off and left... had i showed up an hour later by like 7h30, without me waiting in the restaurant, guaranteed those subs still would not be ready ..

Got home to eat my sub and the breads were either way overcooked or just plain old.

The quality of this Subway has drastically changed in the past years since we moved here to Rockland.

Great sandwich made by Rebecca. So delicious and full. Store was super clean and had a great atmosphere. The new manager Greg was out front helping with a lunch rush and very friendly. The new management has done a great job with this store. Thanks for a great lunch date with my fiancé.

yall gotta let us know when you don't have something, cuz tell me why a sub that was supposed to have lettuce, pickles and cucumbers as toppings was picked up and discovered to ONLY HAVE PICKLES???? What a joke 😭 drug test the employees because something's off

I have eaten at many subways across Canada. I almost always order the same food. This is a special subway with beautiful people working here. Beautiful inside and out. I’m just sharing this as my experience. Good food, great people. I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s hungry for food and a smile on their face.

Today they were out of olives & flatbread, last week they were out of lettuce, the week before that their debit wasn’t working and could only take cash. The week before that? They were out of lettuce again. Get it together guys. Lovely staff but clearly the owner is having supply issues.

Extremely dry bread, Crunchy and hard as if toasted but it wasn't.
Want back to exchange for a fresh sandwich and they gave me the exact same bread. Finally admitted they didn't have fresh bread!

Super slow service too. Sandwiches were 5 deep waiting for the toppings.

Officially my last visit.
For the price you'd think you'd receive fresh bread served in a timely manner!

This is probably the worst subway that I have ever been to. The staff are unhappy and not friendly. I ordered a turkey sub and there was hardly any turkey on it. I might as well have took two pieces of bread and put mayo on it. Will never order from here again!

Rockland Subway is in desperate need of a health inspector asap. Old food caked around counter & containers. Toppings never look fresh. Staff not trained properly in food prep or customer service. Counters are never wiped. It's absolutely disgusting.

The sandwich artist here have excellent customer service and you can tell they love making people happy and take a lot of pride in their work. Very friendly and the food is excellent.
