Could you please ensure that your bread is baked for a longer duration? The toaster isn't sufficient; the bread I had was paler than the mayonnaise. Bread should turn brown when baked, not remain pale and become soggy as soon as you put anything on it. Last time I checked, the Subway website advertised nicely toasted brown loaves.

This subway doesn’t take coupons from the local paper. That’s the reason we went! The owner needs to rethink his policy. You make money on me even if I use a coupon. We won’t be back. We will choose somewhere else.

Over the past few months I have been to this Subway about 4 times and each time gets worse. I am a very patient, sympathetic person however I get so frustrated when I visit this place. Wait times are ridiculous, the young people working there are very polite, but they all run around in circles, nobody knowing what to do. They run out of everything all the time!! Where is the manager? Why don't you have someone there during the rush times to help these young kids and teach them properly how to operate? I feel bad for them constantly getting insulted and blamed for something that is clearly the managements fault. Terrible boss leaving your employees like that. I will not be returning to this establishment again. If I want Subway, I'll drive to Alfred or Orleans as I just can't deal with this place anymore.
