Food was good but the service was not. We made a simple request to move tables to sit with some friends, and the bartender said we couldn't, even though the pub was mostly empty. The bartender then begrudgingly allowed us to close our tabs and move tables. Service was poor to begin with, but after moving tables, the staff was unwelcoming.

We are never disappointed!!! It's worth the hour drive for a country pub lunch!!!
We’ve been here many times before and shared great reviews. Unfortunately the service and food were very bad this time. With our daughter in town from Calgary we went as a family. The service was unacceptable. The food arrived in a timely fashion but, except for the appetizer (nachos), the food was cold. We weren’t informed that it was wing night and paid extra for sauces (not informed). After giving us our meals, we had no interaction with the server - she did not ask if we needed anything further, nothing. So disappointed.

Awesome food..Great service and very friendly staffThanks for an enjoyable lunch today with our familyThe CashensParking: Lots of spots close by
Four friends stopped by for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We all had different things, and all three were happy with their selections. I may have chosen the wrong. It was a warm chicken on a bed of romaine lettuce. I regretted my choice. Somehow, it was an unusual combination for a salad. Everyone else really enjoyed their meal. We will be back, I will just choose one of the other options. The atmosphere was great, and the service was relatively fast, considering how busy it was. All tables were packed, and people waited to be seated. Overall, it's quite nice.

Great casual dining in beautiful Creemore. Had the classic fish and chips. I've had larger fish pieces in other restaurants, and the coleslaw was fresh, but lacked dressing, but, the sticky pudding was to die for! The best I've had and the server kept the coffee coming with no extra charge. It was a 3 hour lunch and we were allowed to sit as long as we wished. Will be back.Vegetarian options: My friend is vegetarian and had soup and salad, which both looked delicious.

What a delightful stop. We have decided to make this our regular 1/2 stop on our way up to our cottage with the kids. The place was really full of life and all sorts of people gathering, families, friends, couples. We were there for lunch on both occasions with two young children 2 and 2 months and they made us feel right at home. Our waitress Caitlin went ABOVE and BEYOND when we lost our hand quilted diaper bag somewhere between the pub and our car. We connected with her asking if they may have had it. While it wasn't there, Caitlin offered instead to write about it on the towns FB page, where eventually it turned up! She even dropped it off in Waterloo (where we live) on her way to St. Jacobs! Thank you Caitlin. Looking forward to visiting again next year.

Really beautiful location, unfortunately the servers had no intentions of serving us. Was sat down and given a menu, waited about 15-20 minutes not a single person came to take our order. Meanwhile two tables who had arrived after us not only had their orders taken but had also received their order. Upon leaving, same person who sat us down wished us a nice day as if we had even gotten a chance to try this restaurant.

My husband and I have eaten here 5 or 6 times and have tried multiple menu items and all were exceptional. Service is good too and the patio being dog friendly is a huge plus for us.
