Ordered ahead on mobile app for pick up in store. Drive thru line up was massive (blocking busy intersection), so staff locked the doors. I had to wait for someone in drive thru to tell staff I was trying to get in. Had to walk through drive thru to get my order. Awful and dangerous!!

Worsttom hortons in terms of almost anything, don't waste your time you'll be parked in the street waiting on drive thru, no one seems to care about moving lines. Wasted about half an hour in the drive thru.

Went to this location, ask for a breakfast Scrabble egg wrap with no chipotle later realized that it had chipotle took it back to get a new one, the lady at the cash i don't know what to tell you. We are out of eggs,we are waiting for the truck to come very rude and unprofessional

Would give 0 stars if I could. I go almost every day and my VERY simple order is wrong half the time. Food is stale. Employees very rude. I was passed my ice cap yesterday and the lid fell off in transfer and it spilled on my hand. The window person told me to not squeeze the cup so hard next time. I beg your pardon?!! Traffic is insane so what do they do close the second drive thru to make it even worse. To remedy this one might say “hey i know I’ll go in to make the drive thru less busy” well no you can’t because the door is locked! It’s absolutely infuriating.

I went to this tim horton 3 times and they never fixer my ordre, I had hot chocolat but it taste like water. I suggest you go to the tims on Laurier wich is 2 mins away
Business seem to keep on giving me the wrong change can't seem to pick hours to stay open to go to in storefront they say they're open until 11:00 but they're not screw everybody that doesn't have a car every time I go in it's always different change back

Smallest Tim Horton's Ive ever been to! Pretty cute though! I was on my way to an appointement and wanted to grab a beverage. The drive thru was backed up all the way to the street so I parked and went inside. It's so tiny! Space for 2 customers at a time, 1 cashier at the counter and one at the drive. Great variety on the menu. Workers are happy, smiley and polite! Great visit!
