Girl who served me was so nice, Leilea was amazing! She made me feel so welcome and I was a bit confused on some things but she helped me so kindly! I am so lucky and glad that I got to have this kind young woman to serve me. Great job Leilea keep up the hard work queen!

What a bad experience.
What happened to customer service???
First the staff that “tried” to take my order, made so many mistakes until he got it right, after the guy that was on the window thought he was playing basketball with the bag with my sandwiches, that by the way got all smashed, tried to talk with him, however he was toooo busy talking about life with his coworkers.. not worth it the $24 that paid for.

took over 15 minutes just to get to the window. after i paid for my order i was parked and left there for another 10 minutes. after calling the manager on shift he has no idea whats going on so i left the store without my money back or my food order. this place is really not good at there jobs

Probably the worst Tim's in Rockland, and surrounding areas. Whether there's 15 people in the drive through or none, it will take 15 minutes to get your stuff, that will also be incorrect.

Girl working the speaker of the drive thru today Saturday October 26th at 9am is rude and lazy. She doesn’t have any people skills, talks rudely and is too lazy to go check for a donut, her answer: “I don’t think so” when asked if a certain donut was available. Maybe these kids are not properly trained, zero customer service skills.

Went there with only one other car in the drive through, The car went then the one in the other lane like normal, Then while i was waiting to be helped, 3 other cars in the other drive through placed their order and went while I was still waiting just to be helped, Don't have 2 drive through lanes if you can't handle it. Sucks that both Tim Hortons in Rockland both have terrible service
