The longest wait at a Tim Hortons ever. They only had one cash open and too many staff standing around. When I asked if the second cash was open they said no. Even though people were waiting.

*Waiting forever in the drive thru (when it’s even open)

*Getting wrong orders

*Steeped tea that has black tea(?) chunks floating in it

*Having to go inside in pyjamas when they decide drive thru is not open

*Waiting 5 mins for someone to even acknowledge you

*Asking for a tray for the 3 drinks and 2 donuts you just bought, and then having staff point at the stack of trays, implying you should pack it yourself, and say “they’re right there”

*and more fun experiences

I used to go to this location. It has, unfortunately, gone downhill. I was stuck in the drive through for over 20mins this morning when I decided to give them another shot. I will not be coming back. McDonald's is close by, more efficient, less expensive and a better overall experience.

⭐ 1 Star – If I could give zero, I would.

This Tim Hortons location is a masterclass in how not to run a business. The drive-thru wait time is consistently 10 minutes or more, even when there are only a few cars in line. You pull up, wait in dead silence for several minutes, and when someone finally decides to take your order, they’re either dismissive or rushing like you’re inconveniencing them.

But the real kicker? They regularly get your order wrong, and instead of owning up to it, they’ll flat-out blame you for it. No apology, no correction without a hassle—just attitude.

And don’t be fooled if you happen to visit during an audit or review period. Suddenly the staff are all smiles, speed picks up, and they’ll practically beg you for a 5-star review. It’s all for show. As soon as that audit window closes, they drop the act and it’s back to painfully slow service, wrong orders, and poor attitudes.

Worst drive thru experience. Waited over 15 minutes

I went through the drive through today at about 7:30pm and I was greeted by kindness. There were 3 girls in the drive through and they were so nice and were joking with me and my coffee tasted incredible. I came on last Thursday at about 9am on my way to work and the service was not anywhere near as good. It was not friendly and the staff were all yelling at eachother. They messed up my food and the lady with the apron insisted that it was right and started getting angry. The staff on this Tuesday evening really made my day and I will be coming back as soon as possible!

Becoming a major issue here at this location. I can’t even express how many times a week I’m over-charged for something that I don’t receive or they’ve charged me incorrectly. I’ve also asked staff if I’ve paid extra for stuff that I haven’t received and they clarify I didn’t - until I ask for my receipt and then it’s identified I did. Overcharged for 2 items just yesterday - very frustrating.

I totally understand that it’s not an easy job when you’re lined up to the street every morning - but these things are happening at all times of day.

Will be sticking to McDonald’s from now on - becoming too much of an issue.
