The service was amazing and the atmosphere..
Drinks were good & we each had one and an appetizer which was a Cesar salad that we shared which was good.. but the mains were awful.
The pickerel was dry with little hollandaise on it and the sides it came with were less than flavourful.
The beef tenderloin was not tender or cooked the way we requested it to be and was the size of a golf ball for 72$ it was like chewing a hockey puck..

Crossroads gave us the merriest of Christmas meals. There were eight of us and we had driven a long way to get there on a very foggy evening. Another great evening. Our son really enjoyed his birthday celebration there tonight. Rachel was very helpful and we all had a great time. Thank you.

Crossroads offers an exceptional dining experience in a private cabin setting, allowing guests to control the ambiance. The atmosphere is lovely and welcoming, with elegant decorations and a beautiful patio equipped with heaters for cooler evenings. Sometimes, there is live entertainment, enhancing the dining experience. The menu presents outstanding dishes, including tenderloin tips, pasta, rack of lamb, and decadent desserts like crème brûlée and chocolate peanut butter cheesecake. Recently, guests enjoyed the mussels, which were delicious and served in generous portions, and Oysters Rockefeller, along with leek and potato soup, which received high praise. The food is consistently delicious, with many ingredients sourced from the restaurant's own garden and local suppliers. The service is attentive and knowledgeable, with staff checking in regularly to ensure guests are well taken care of. One reviewer noted the excellent service from a waitperson with 16 years of experience, highlighting her superb job. The outdoor setting is beautiful, with gorgeous gardens and decor, making it perfect for special occasions like birthdays. The cocktails are fresh, impressive, and full of personality, adding to the memorable experience. Although the wine selection is limited, guests who love wine might consider bringing their own. The Crossroads team is dedicated to creating memorable events and providing a high-end dining experience, making it a popular choice for a nice night out in Muskoka.
