At this point I only stop here after a trip to the vet to get some timbits for my dog. Stopped in today and they were backed up and understaffed as usual. The cashier's name tag said she was in training but there was no one training her other than a woman who occasionally yelled at her from another section if she made a mistake. Poor girl, hope she finds a better place to work.

This location is always understaffed, the management needs to proritize the guest experience over saving a few dollars of labour. We all know the staff are only making minimum wage. Be better.

Service inside can be painful at times because to much focus is at the drive through. One person catering to a line up of people inside is simply not enough.

Dietary restrictions: I can no longer eat any of your muffins as there exist some chemical components in its make up which triggers migraine. I cannot pin point exactly what it is to date but suspect a preservative chemical.

Parking: The drive through path must not be rerouted to the main parking but rather directly back to the main road. The drive through is not safely design which to date has caused incidents.

Your coffee brewers are NOISY AND ANNOYING! The staff "tune out" their constant double-beep noise they make when brewing finishes, and at every Horton's I go to, these machines are left beeping incessantly. I usually avoid TH because ot this, and go to McDonald's for my coffee nowadays, where it is quiet and the coffee is better. But when I'm compelled to go to TH, I can't wait to get out and away from those damned beeping machines. Other customers feel the same way, why don't you fix this?

I m so surprised. Today i visited food is cold, and charge me for individual stuffing which is $5 something for one veggie wrap. lettuce is $0.60, tomato is $0.60, hashbrown is $2, Wrap is $1.60, Sauce is $0.30 and serve us without cheese.
