Had a wonderful meal tonight. The food was so good. We had a soup and shared the pot roast. The portion was enough for both of us. Great value for the food. Great quality as well. A special thanks to Payton who served us. She was awesome. Her smile and personality was so refreshing. Highly recommend this place and will return again. Thanks Payton.

Had dinner with the family here Friday evening and it was delicious. Tried some new items in the menu this time and they did not disappoint. Only drawback was the other table was just a bit too close. They need to spread things out a wee bit like it used to be. That said, love the updates. As always, our waitress Mary was happy to see us and provided top-notch service. 5stars+!

Ordered farmers omelette. They should go easy on salt. Potatoes were old, burned and tasted like salt. Poor presentation. Thankfully the waitress was first class.

Our waitress Mary suggested some meals that were just perfect for what we were looking for. All meals were served piping hot. As for Mary's stand up comedy , don't quit your day job Mary lol. Just kidding , she made our first but not last visit very enjoyable. Thanks Mary.
The new renovation is great, but the food quality and portions have declined. We ordered a turkey club combo and an omelet breakfast, both came out luke warm like they had been sitting with no one to bring them to us. I ordered deep fried hash browns because I wanted them crispy, when the plate arrived, they had put my omelet on top of my hash browns which obviously makes them soggy. Under the sandwich banner in the menu, it states all sandwiches come with a dill pickle spear, the last 2 times we have been in..NO PICKLE. I realize the Reno's were expensive, but please do not go downhill on the food. It's what made this business in the first place...

There is quite a lot of spicy foods listed on the menu. Rice that was included on our plate was spicy. There was more rice than potatoes. The food was diffently not memonite, which this restaurant use to serve. We will not be back again. There are much more enjoyable places to eat.

Very appalled that a server was walking around with a fly swatter and killing flies on dining tables. Then seating someone after the fact at same table. No wiping it ??? Wt? Very unhygienic. Aldo don't need our server to tell us she was just in washroom and keeps going because of all the water she has drank. And this is before we eat. Not imoressed. Dont need the info Also I work in a restaurant and you can use things for insects discretely without going around killing them in front of guests
