Asked what they served for breakfast, and all I got was a blank stare. Not helpful at all. Wanted something with eggs, but nothing on the projected menu contained eggs.

“Melissa” which I think her name is, a manager or something, is extremely rude and miserable to guests and from what I’ve seen staff too
The morning staff Monday- Friday are so great!

Cheap with the portion of protein but my main concern is the older fake grumpy lady working the cashier early in the morning with her sarcastic attitude.
Dont let her make your food/drinks.
I can see her spitting on them !
She needs to be fired asap

Extremely Unprofessional and Rude Service from Jane
I had one of the worst customer service experiences with Jane today. While placing my order, I asked for two everything bagels. Before I could even finish my sentence to say how I wanted them prepared, she cut me off with a frown on her face and rudely demanded, “What do you want the bagel to be?”
When I later asked for a cup of ice for my iced coffee, she again responded in a very unpleasant manner, informing me it would cost 10 cents. I had no issue paying, but the way she handled it, with complete attitude and no courtesy, was unacceptable.
Her behavior was unnecessarily rude, unprofessional, and left a very negative impression. Staff working with customers should show at least basic politeness and respect, which was completely lacking here.
On the other hand, the other two ladies serving coffee and bagels were the exact opposite, amazingly warm, friendly, and welcoming. They truly made a positive difference to the experience, but unfortunately Jane’s rude conduct overshadowed everything.

I work nearby, and loved this Tim's for years, even more comfortable after the renovations. The original staff, the ladies who know how to offer the real Canadian service are the absolute best, but the management, half of whom can't even speak English are going to be the downfall of this location. You would do well to learn from these dear ladies who have been the face of this location for so long. This is very sad as Tim Horton's is being franchised out to people who haven't a clue what real Canadian hospitality is.
Don't ask me to contact customer service, if you can't reply to my complaint then you don't deserve to be managing this Canadian company who we are all so proud of.
Answer I get is passing the buck again, go too such and such a website where it doesn't even accept your question!!!.... it's simple, employ Canadians who speak English and understand what real customer service is, otherwise this will soon be the end of another Canadian icon. Oh yeah, and teach the new management how to clean a washroom....disgusting!
