I always order my Pizza’s well done and they’re always good. Considering the price Pizza Pizza charges they are the best value in Sauble Beach area. ( no sit down service).

STAY AWAYYYYY The service was absolutely horrendous. We unfortunately had to witness one of the workers slamming a pizza dough on the floor after kneading it and I really hope he didn’t serve it. All of the workers are very young (teenagers) they constantly take breaks outside to vape. I can’t speak about their hygiene, but I’m almost confident that they don’t wash their hands often. I would never buy pizza here. I would never buy anything here you can’t trust the cleanliness and general workers at this Pizza Pizza location. There’s a pizza store across the street - I would highly recommend going anywhere else other than here.

Yesterday, I visited at this store with my family for the first time at 6:20 pm, and store closing time was 7:00 pm. When we stepped in and started to give our order which war s two medium pizzas, a short hieghted boy said NOW WE ARE NOT GETTING ORDERS. Literally, very disappointing experience for us because I also work as a store manager in the same field. Don't recommend this place.

Came here at 6pm store was about to close at 7pm. They refused to take order ,said there is lots of orders and line but there was just one customer and one order at screen. Rubbish guy n store. Store owner must think about it 🤮🤮

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. The food is terrible. The service is terrible. The staff are clueless and rude. If you place an order here expect to wait for double the time they say.
We placed an order at the counter and they said it would take 20 minutes. So we go back 20 minutes later. The person at the counter was busy with another customer which is understandable but there were other employees “working” in the back. They were just standing around the back talking to each other. I can see our order sitting there. One of them asks “what is this?” Then just left it there. The person at the counter finishes up with the customer and finally handed us our food after waiting in there almost 10 minutes. We go back to the car with the pizza. Then we realize they didn’t hand us our drinks. We go back in and have to wait another 5 minutes to be helped once again when all they had to do was hand us our drinks.
Do NOT spend your money here!!!

it’s PIZZA PIZZA. I’ve tried pizza all over the world and everyone with a bad experience, well you get for what you pay for. I’m giving them a 5 for 5 reasons. Location, service, value (walk in), variety AND cleanliness. If you want good pizza and not complain then go to the higher end ones.

Waited over 20 minutes in store after waiting 20 at home for a pizza I ordered, there was 3 people in the back doing nothing and 1 person up front who can’t answer the phone or count dips or pops out. A huge line out the door and I eventually left because I am not waiting or paying for cold pizza. Horrible experience, not professional at all

I ordered 2 large pizzas and it took them an hour to make I have been to other pizza pizzas and they usually take 15-20 mins 🥲 also its weird how this pizza pizza doesn't follow the regulations like the other ones do (app offers etc.) and the staff wasn't wearing gloves and hair nets, it was really unhygienic. 😭

Not really sure why there are so many bad reviews, there is always 2x the amount of toppings I find at locations in Toronto, staff is always friendly, and never had an issue here! Maybe it's because Im only in sauble beach during the off-season, but still hard to believe.
