WHAT A FIND!!! Such a wonderful refuge from the fast, processed options at Sauble Beach. From the minute you walk in, you sense you are somewhere special. You are welcomed by the smiling faces of their amazing staff and then you experience their food that is nothing short of incredible. We sat outside in their back patio area complete with comfy seating and picnic tables. The facilities were spotless and well cared for. We enjoyed two different smoothies to start -equally delicious and we followed it up with the curried chicken salad sandwich and avocado toast on the most amazing sourdough bread!! The smoked salmon add-on to our avocado toast transformed it from delicious to sublime!!! If you find yourself in this area you MUST go-it will NOT disappoint!! I’m already planning my next visit!!!

The Wellness Refinery is a MUST if you are in the area. Was driving through with my sister and stopped in for a bite to eat. Very cute cosy atmosphere, with a small wellness shop inside! Spend more then I was expecting due to all the amazing things in their wellness shop!! Had their House Cacao and waffles and they were AMAZING!! Will definitely be coming here again!!

I recently had a shocking experience at this restaurant when I found a sharp blade in the smoothie. It's clear that safety checks are not a priority here, as they don’t seem to bother ensuring their blender blades are properly maintained or replaced. Even after I brought this serious issue to their attention, neither the owner nor her mother seemed surprised or concerned. In fact, the owner casually mentioned noticing a blender without a blade earlier, but didn’t bother checking if it ended up in someone’s food. This level of negligence is alarming, and it's evident that the owner, who is still quite young, lacks the maturity and responsibility needed to run a business. The way she handled the situation was unprofessional and careless.

Pretty cafe with a gorgeous menu and inviting decor. You can dine in, eat on the patio or take it along. The coffee and lattes are esperesso- rific! They also boast a sweet little gift shop where you can buy a gift or an indulgence for yourself.?

Healthy warm and tasty options.

Beautiful and cute road-side patio + cafe/restaurant by Sauble Beach area (indoor dining available too) with beautiful smoothie bowls + open face toasts. I highly recommend for holistic, healthy breakfast/brunch options, open til 3pm daily! My friend and I got the berry smoothie bowl + the smoked salmon toast with a side of salad, the matcha latte and pink latte (iced). Food was fantastic and well-portioned. The flavoured/specialty lattes were just ok, I might skip -- they look better than they taste which is a little disappointing for $8. The matcha latte was pretty watered down and I couldn't really taste the matcha and the pink latte (made with beet) was also somewhat watery. Flavours for the drinks could be stronger, but otherwise, very pretty and aesthetically pleasing. I would come back again, but probably for food only. They are also open for lunch + they do takeout options as well. It would be 5/5 if they improve the potency of their drinks -- as a tip: maybe the staff can get their ratios of water/milk better when making flavoured lattes so the flavour is stronger, the goal is more balanced and less watery.

Every summer we crave the many many items we love at the WR. An annual trip for us that never disappoints! Service is excellent and knowledgeable and the food is yummy and wholesome. With a beach vibe and the yummiest lattes around you gotta stop here!

Petite place très mignonne j’avais vraiment envie de goûter à un de leurs smoothie mais malheureusement j’ai été un peu déçue. J’ai prit le smoothie chai vanille et il goûtait simplement la banane à 10$, peut être que ça adonne que ce smoothie était moins bon que les autres mais j’ai tenté ma chance. Belle place quand même !
