Spent the morning here for a “something blue” brunch for my sister’s Bachelorette weekend! This place is so cute, food is amazing and beautiful, and the staff were so kind! We had the best morning! Highly recommend this place if you’re staying in sauble!

Small, but cozy joint. Busy on a Sunday afternoon which is great to see.

Everything is gluten free so celiacs rejoice. Staff is caring and kind. Offered to share a schedule when their baking happens as I was hoping to score blueberry muffins for my GF misses.

Staff offered to connect on Instagram to confirm timing even though I said no rush.

I have no words for how amazing this place is. From the ambience to the flavours of the food!!
My wife and I visited on Sunday August 24th @ 10 am. She had the house waffles and I had the chicken salad on sourdough with house greens.
We’re trying to eat healthier and I forced myself to pick the salad over the fries and OMG was I pleased I did!! The house green salad is INSANE! If I could eat here everyday I would! And I’m a simple chicken, pasta and rice girl!
We will be back on our next visit!

This place had it all. Amazing food, great service (they were even under staffed by 2 people) and lovely atmosphere. It even has an area you can sit in the garden. I got the waffles with fresh fruit, and it was actually fresh fruit..which always seems to not be true alot of places. I am a vegetarian and its hard to find places like this. My wife got chicken salad on sour dough. She loved her dish as well. Definitely happy we stopped here on our way back home!

We went to the Wellness Refinery twice within the past week, and both times, the customer service was absolutely atrocious. The food is good, and the smoothies (Mocha and Matcha) were good, but the service and prices are another story. For reference, breakfast for 4 will cost you $190.

Both visits were served by the same employee, and each time we left frustrated. The first time, there was a huge line, and we waited about 15 minutes without being acknowledged or even looked at. A simple “we’ll be with you shortly” would’ve been nice, but instead, we were totally ignored- even when the employee was standing right in front of us she didn’t bother looking at us. Instead, the staff were chatting with each other, checking their phones, and leaving completed orders sitting in the kitchen without serving them. She later apologized saying they were short staffed, but actually working would have helped with the wait.

The second time was no better. It was a quiet day with no other orders, yet it took them 30 minutes to make two bagels, a coffee, and a smoothie. The employees were still standing around, chatting, and we had to ask them to give us our food that was left sitting there- which by then was cold. (They use a buzzer system but didn’t bother buzzing it)

It’s clear they have no respect for customers time and experience, and just happy to take our money and profit off of an autoimmune disease.

The waffles at this place is amazing!!! Also for my drink I picked up La Vida Mocha. Let just say whatever you get you will not be disappointed. The staff here are friendly and know their stuff.

Overall it was good. Very aesthetically pleasing both the place and the food.
2 people in my group got bagels and liked them (they’re small for sure though)
A chocolate donut which I tried a bite of and that was good.
I got the vegan avocado toast and greens. The greens were much better than I expected the avocado toast flavour wise was a little on the plain side especially for the price.
I wish their was more flavours to the avocado toast and more options for variation this place comes up as top recommendation for vegan options but the add ons for the avocado were all things that would have made it non vegan. A tempeh crumble option or like a more savoury option in addition to the current one which is a little sweet would be good I think.
Overall not bad.
We didn’t try any smoothies which are their main thing I think.

Loved the breakfast options here. I really enjoyed my avocado toast and chai latte. We ate out on the front deck but the back looked nice too.

This place was super cute! It’s a little pricier than I would normally pay but I did enjoy sitting on the patio. The food was good I got the avocado and egg with the home fries and an Americano (which was also good). I would recommend and if I’m in the area I would go back.
