We had a great Latte and very yummy gluten free blueberry muffin and beautiful items to look at to buy as well! A must come again place! An absolute must hang whenever I take the family to Sauble!I can’t decided if it’s the beautifully clean interior design, amble back patio with shaded seating and space for the kids to run around, or the tons of healthy tasty breakfast options that keep me coming back!Ps get the Halloumi, I’m forever changed bc of it?

The Wellness Refinery has now become our top priority for coming for vacation to Sauble Beach! The food is freshly made and the tastes are spectacular! I highly recommend the wellness bowl…. I find the kale literally sparkles and is alive with flavour. Bliss balls are a close second for me as a healthy treat! The quality of all the food and drinks go above and beyond!The space inside and out is always happy and playing great music.The owners and staff are so pleasant and welcoming. It feels like family!I also love the very thoughtfully curated wellness products. You are sure to take something home each time to add to your own wellness regime!I have so much gratitude for the wellness refinery being in Sauble Beach!
We were amazed to find a fully gluten free place tucked away in Sauble. Bagels were yummy and so was the coffee. We'll be back next year!

Cute indoor seating area while backyard seating overlooked by trees is like a secret dell! Friendly, welcoming staff. I had a delicious waffle and fresh fruit here in August 2023. Pricey but they use the best ingredients. Quibbles: Cacao was so-so (lukewarm, bit bland); while tiny maple syrup jug that came with waffle was stingy - line up was too long to ask for more.

One of our fav places to stop in Sauble for food. Very healthy lunch options and the best chocolate smoothie. I chose here over Dairy Queen for a delicious chocolate treat! The back seating area also has such a great vibe and view of the trees. Thank you for having such a great healthy food option.

Great start to the day at Sauble Beach. We had the Waffles and the Granola bowl. So tasty and unbelievably good. Staff was great and prices were well worth it. Stop in and enjoy something delicious if you happen to be in the area. You won’t be disappointed
Omygosh found it last minute on the internet. Was in search of vegan options. The staff graciously served us even close to the end of the shift!Vegetarian options: We travelled in a large group. They had crazy good vegan options. They had insane smoothies, waffles brownies chocolate cake, yummy hot and cold drinks. I'm sure I forgot something but trust me you will love it there!

We went to Sauble for two nights and ate here twice. Food was incredible. The avo toast was delicious and the smoothie bowls are on another level! Service was friendly and people seemed to enjoy working there. Lots of seating. Sweet backyard. Will go when we are back. Definitely the best option in town to get a delicious, healthy, beautiful meal.
We were so happy to find this gem. The staff were very helpful and polite. We ordered a berry bowl and two smoothies and they tasted fabulous! It’s difficult to find healthy options and this place not only has healthy food options but homemade soap, candles, clothes and other items and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely be coming back!

Best spot in Sauble Beach for gf, super foods, and veggie options. Has a really nice Scandi vibe going on inside with the light wood tables, white walls and rattan seating. Staff are always friendly, helpful and you can tell they are invested in putting out excellent food for customers. It can be quite busy, so sometimes there is a wait, but it is worth it. We ate breakfast there while up at the cottage. Some of the best waffles I have ever had! Loaded with fruit (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, bananas) and the nut and seed butters were delicious on it! Had the blueberry white peony tea - excellent! My boyfriend had the Nutty One smoothie and the Cacoa bowl. Also excellent! Don't miss this place.
