Absolutely Delicious

Stopped by for lunch ordered meat pie & soup. Husband had chicken wrap & soup. At first we had a very pleasant server . No name tag. However she disappeared and the person that took over very curt and rude. My husband and I found the soup lukewarm and tasteless so we did not eat it. The server asked how everything was I said the soup was lukewarm and had not much taste. Her very curt response was “well everyone else here likes it so it must be your tastebuds” pand walked away. Would have tipped the first girl but she was gone. Did not leave a tip for Ms Rude.
We were with another couple who also were surprised by her curt unpleasant manner. We have been eating at this restaurant since they were first on Darcy Dr. Always had great service and great food. This is the first time we have encountered this type of rudeness.

I just have to share how much I loved the chicken Caesar wrap I ordered! The homemade dressing was fantastic—absolutely amazing! It’s so refreshing to enjoy such fresh and delicious food. I can’t wait to go back for more!

This dining room is a cafeteria type restaurant run by the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 25. There is a lot of seating and a lot of servers to take care of you. It's very casual and friendly and all they ask is you remove your hat + no loud profanity, out of respect for our Veterans. Anyone is able to go to this restaurant and enjoy the food and friendly service.

Pleasantly surprised by this absolutely delicious meal! We are from the states and wanted iced tea…. Our server was very accommodating and brought us a tea kettle, warm tea, a pitcher of ice and glasses of ice. It worked out perfectly!
I ordered the Western toasted and potatoes. Sandwich was full of eggs, ham, peppers and onions. Potatoes were cooked just right and seasoned well but not too much!
My husband ordered the pancakes and sausage. Everything was delicious!

The lady who helped me was so very kind and helpful. I said it was the first time I had been in the establishment. Pointed out things to me. Gave me a menu. All homemade meals,.pastry.
