Food was good but the server seems not friendly, She just did everything like formality and didnt even response on time. We were expecying more from here but we got disappointed.We are going with bad Experience from here. She didnt behave well.

Place an order for food for pickup. When my wife got there to pick up, they said they never got the order. After showing proof of the order, they offered to deliver and get the order going asap. The food still never showed up till 1 hour and 50 minutes after the original order was placed and one hour after they said they would get the order going right away. When it arrived, the panzerotti was small and about half the size than other places. Not very impressed and likely won’t be ordering from them again.

I would literally give zero stars if I could tonight.

There was a rush and was told they would have slices for sale in an hour.

Waited around the hour for my slice to get told they weren't doing slices any more tonight. Such a disappointment.

Place shows open on Google but closed. Waste of time

Had the Spicy Chicken Strips and the Baked Tortellini — both were exquisite. The service was warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!!

Was there Friday June 13 and Saturday June 14 with friends and Aurora's never disappoints! And of course, the best is their panzerotti

Was feeling under the weather a few nights ago so my wife ordered me a cappelletti soup with a side of bread, which I really enjoy. Went to pick up order. Good price. Got home and opened bag and wonder of wonder, no bread. Now this is a minor thing , I realize. However, we have been given a gift card, an electronic card as the result of wrong orders in the past nevermind the times we let it slide. The food is good, but the training for counter staff leaves much to be desired, at least I hope it's poor training. We are done with this restaurant. I thought food was to be a calming factor, not a source of constant frustration as it has been with Aurora's

Really nice place at the SOO. The chicken Parmesan and the spaghetti with meatballs were really tasty. The people super nice and the place is cozy. Recommended.
