Had the best server tonight. Drew. He was very attentive and took care of our table. Had the chicken pot pie soup. Delish! The sweet potato fries are the best in the Soo. Friends had fish wings, black bean burger, pickle spears. Topped off with light vanilla cheesecake with 3 forks to share. Huge portions!!

It was my first time eating there and had a disappointing experience. We came as a group but sat on different tables. All our group members were happily eating their food, also did the customers that arrived after us. We had to bug and bug them to get our food out and finally we told them that when u get our food out, bring us take out containers as well. Then we asked for the bill but still waiting on the food. We had only limited time as we were going to be late for work. Waitress brought the debit machine but stopped at another table and chatted with the guys there while we were waiting. When our food arrived, we literally had 5 mins left of our lunch hour. So we just packed it to go so we can be on time for work. We did not want to be make a scene but I can not believe how this restaurant treated us.

We received the worst customer service tonight!! We waited 40 mins to be acknowledged by our waiter and we had to get their attention to just be served. Another group came in behind us, they were seated and drink orders were taken and we still hadn’t been acknowledged. AnOther group of people we saw coming in after us had eaten and were on their way out and we still were waiting.
We were there basically two hours and never received our food. Even after our order was placed our waiter never checked in with us. We had 3 starving children and two hours later we gave up and left. When I addressed the issue of the horrible service we were just told that the waiter was new. No one attempted to fix the issue.
We have been here many times before and loved the food but now we have a sour taste and probably won’t return. They lost a huge order on this transaction!

Changed my rating from 4 stars to 2. Went for brunch today. We ordered our food at 11:40. Didn't get it until 12:50. Our waitress was apologetic but we should have been told the kitchen was that slow.

They don't have a proper system in place with online orders. Don't bother ordering their lunch packs for your trips since they won't be ready for your early morning arrival. What's the point of ordering 48 hours early if nothing is ready for the morning pick up? Just go to local subway for cheaper and accurate service.
My choice of meal was greasy. Fries were good, fish was greasy. Service was excellent.

Chicken sandwich when served was clearly raw on the inside. Waitress took it back and they made another which took time. They took a total of $1.60 off the meal to compensate. Insulting. Never go back again....
