I Oder a number spicy chicken burger number nine and i got not spicy as u can see and i got the wrong sandwich so i called the store and they said no u got the right one and then hanged up on me and then i called back asking why did she do that said “I'm the manager and I’m allowed” then i heard laughing!!! and I tried calling back and then they would not answer and i can't go back right at the moment because I'm off to work!!!!! This so disrespectful not going back there again!

This is probably the worst burger king ever, the staff, if one could dare dignify them with such a title, exhibited a deplorable level of incompetence, seemingly more inclined towards indifference than the execution of their purported duties. Overall the food was horrendous, the staff was horrible with less to no knowledge regarding how to deal with customers, and was really an unpleasant experience.

Best place to grab fast foods!!! The prices of the food were like every other fast food joint. However, the taste of the impossible whopper burger was really good. The best part is staff helps to build and maintain positive relationships and promotes effective communication. I would suggest choosing a burger and going for the meal option

Ok I had to put a star for review. Burger King was closed at 7:55pm. Staff just stood around inside and watched me try to open the doors. When I realized it was closed I just walked away. The staff should have something on the window (door) saying that they were closed because online it says they're open until 1:00 a.m for dining in, take out and drive through.I hope the owner knows about this, because if they don't the staff are getting paid to sit around and do nothing. Well I went to subway instead. Anyone else experience this at Burger King on trunk Rd, I love to hear some feedback. I definitely will never go out of my way to go there again.

Sat in line after ordering and the staff just kinda chatted while my food sat on counter til they were done, and missing half my order , which I couldn’t drive all the way back in the snowy roads to get….waste of time, never going
