I don’t visit the west end often, but when I do I look forward to stopping in at Country Style. Love their Iced Cappuccino. But tonight VERY DISAPPOINTED to be served a half of cup of ice with the iced cappuccino, there for only getting half an order. Is this error or new cut backs/shrinkflation ? Too bad …

Feb. / 8 / 2025 , strange music coming from back room / baking room , couldn't make out what type of music but loud enough to be annoying out in restaurant / coffee area , workers / bakers in the back should be made aware of this , also maybe closing the door to the back room would help .

Had a much better experience with this coffee shop this visit. The young lady serving us was engaging and friendly. The coffee is what I expected, and the treats were very good. The place was very clean and tidy with a much more enjoyable atmosphere.
Breakfast sandwiches are 100% better than the more popular competition!
