Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We typically love dairy queen and it is (was) a go to for us. Yesterday we did not have a good experience at all. When the young man passed my cone to me it was dripping all over, I asked him to make a new one that was not half melted or leaking and he flat out refused! He said no, it was just the way it was, i should have demanded my money back but reluctantly took it and it was all ove r my hands, dripped down the door of or freshly washed suv and on my seat. I am not going to support terrible service like that. So disappointed!

Love DQ treats.. but sorry guys how could you deliver me my treat like that. No package No bag that a delivery driver can put in a cooler bag. Just left open with an unwrapped spoon sticking in it. I was so disappointed to see that. Thought twice if I should eat it.

Shittiest customer service. They literally kicked us out right after handing our orders. I have never seen any other outlet in the city do this thing. They even asked a group of people who were sitting inside to get out.

Nothing special,could be nicer . I got the Hot fudge sundae it was poor 😔

ZERO education on food handling here. Watched a girl with the longest nails have her hands in ice cream. Saw other staff handling money then food without washing their hads. I suspect noone here has taken any type of food handling training ans the management allowing this to continue means they probably don't know either. When I see long nails in the food industry I won't go back. Please educate your staff and follow minimum standards this is how People get sick.

I cant understand how it's the Uber delivery person's fault when the restaurant itself that's the 1 who screwed up the order by not including the correct items to be delivered..??
If a person orders a "COMBO" MEAL.. that's exactly what it's supposed to be, and "combo meals" at fast food restaurants have been around for a while now, therefore, forgetting the DRINK with the combo meal is unacceptable. Period.
So, that said.. I'm not putting it on the driver to get my order right,.. that's on the restaurant.
