We had our wedding dinner at Embers and everything was wonderful! Great food and service. Emmy and Karen were amazing and went above and beyond to help us celebrate our special day.

If you want service that you would receive at your mother’s house during Sunday dinner, this is the place. Food, staff and the atmosphere are second to none. This is the best restaurant in the Sault!

Delicious meal with friends! Shared some apps, the charcuterie boards are amazing here and would recommend the zucchini fritters. Our server Brandon was great, he was very attentive which made for a nice dining experience! Burger is always a good choice here but tried the French dip this time and would get it again. Enjoy the mussels here as well with the dill cream sauce. Will keep coming back!

The primary reason I gave Embers a five star rating was the side vegetables they served! They list seasonal vegetables on the side and we all know that can be mushy carrots and corn or something. At Embers they served aldente red peppers, broccolini and small carrots halved! So delicious and cooked to perfection! The whole meal was great and tasty but I especially loved the seasonal vegetables!

Embers is an excellent restaurant. The food is delicious, the service is great. I wish the prices were a little lower but this is what you pay for premium food , service and location I guess. I really enjoyed the seafood / oyster bar and their drinks are so delicious.

Fantastic food

Gavin went above and beyond and had my order ready ahead of the time. I was on the road and was not going to make it in town till 30min before close.

Steak was prepared perfectly, I recommend the prime rib.

Looking forward to coming here again.

Was our first time to Embers since they moved to Crimson Ridge. We really enjoyed our appetizers, dinner, drinks and dessert. Came for our friends anniversary. Our server Abby was exceptionally attentive. We will definitely be back!!
