I ordered on Uber eats and the app screwed up my order I immediately called the store and the girl who is quite rude said they were already made I call absolute bs and cannot believe the level of service where she was even talking over me that's 50 bucks for two subs and the order isn't right. I'm beside myself and hope the manager calls me at some point tomorrow. Horrible service that girls should be spoken to period on rudeness.

I was excited to see a firehouse subs open in Sault Ste Marie. It is fantastic that they support local firefighters.
The subs are top-notch fresh made. The service is excellent, and pricing is very fair. All the thumbs up to this establishment!!

I enjoyed a delicious Firestone Hero Sub. I got the medium, and it was enough for dinner. The place is very nice, bright and clean inside and the staff provides the best service with politness and smiles. .
