Service actually wasn't great. I felt like we were burdening the server. We are new to Canada and there wasn't any recommendations or engagement with us. Spin dip was good, and tuna sandwich was ok. Great view, but felt unwelcome. it's a shame

Waited 20 minutes for a server to come over to our table of two to welcome us and take our drink order. Could’ve been longer but my friend got up and approached the hostess stand. They didn’t apologize but just said “we’re really busy”. The patio was full but the servers weren’t moving around like they really cared about providing quality service. I had crab cakes which were disgusting. Something was off about them. They were also $25 for two small crab cakes and 1/2 cup of diced veggies. Once our food came, our server never came over to ask us how it was or to bring us more water. We were afraid to order drinks because we didn’t want to wait forever for them. When we were done we had to get up and approach the hostess stand again to ask us for our bills. My friend had what was supposed to be a falafel bowl but it was three falafel patties on a small bed of quinoa with some pickled red onion on top. We weren’t sure if these were dinner or appetizers because the menu didn’t specify and we were not told anything about the menu. Absolutely terrible experience and not the only one I’ve had. The service is always horrifically slow. I keep giving it another chance because the atmosphere is so beautiful. Perhaps I should stop…

So this attached picture is supposed to be a poke bowl that was ordered.
Naan, basmati rice, and some fish like cubes with coriander tasting sauce on it. What part of this is a poke bowl. Has the kitchen staff ever seen a poke dish? We were so shocked and starving after waiting 25 mins to be seated and another hour for our food to arrive that we just ate it anyway.
It is absolutely horrific.

Stayed the night in Sault Saint Marie. Walked from the Hotel to Fluid Restaurant.We had the Haddock fish and chips and a beer. Food was good atmosphere was very good by the water. Service was also good. We will be stopping by again.Their was 3 of us. My daughter had a Chicken Caesar salad and a mix drink.

My husband and I were looking for somewhere new to try for dinner. Such a perfect location……..however….the food was most underwhelming. The service was horrible! Not at all worth the almost $100 we spent on 2 cocktails, an appetizer and a lamb burger (which ended up making my partner ill.) What a waste of money!
I would not go back.

great service! great atmosphere on the patio. not a bad seat in the house. i loved the sangria for two drink. i recommend getting something with fries—they were crispy, golden, and perfectly salty.
