Awful experience every time I we order here after 6pm. Had to go in twice today since they couldn't use our gift card. Finally brought out stuff home to Heyden to find there were no beans or tomatoes in my Oaxaxa bowl. Finally to top it all off there was a nice long black hair in my bowl. No one in my house has hair like this......!!!!!!!
Disgusting. Cashier had her mask off while taking orders. She was drinking coffee casually while taking the orders as well. Extremely unprofessional and unsanitary, I was appalled. Used to love this place. Will not be risking my health returning here and reporting to APH in the morning.
Had my first Freshii bowl today, Buddha satay. I’m in love, can’t wait to try more. Yum 😋
